Enjoy waking up to a house full of sunshine, as you get ready for your day. Great location. Take a short five minute walk to Echo Lake. There is an easy approximately one-mile path around the lake Five minutes in the other direction will take you to the bottom of Cathedral Ledge. You can drive to the top. Hike up to Whitehorse Ledge or walk the many hiking trails at the base. We are less than two miles to North Conway center and the Conway Scenic Railroad. Enjoy the convenience of being close to Canmore and all its winter/summer activities, Bryce Path, Diana Baths (less than one mile) and many other hiking trails. We are approximately seven miles to Storyland. If you enjoy shopping, we are just a short drive Settlers’ Green Outlet Village. There are two golf courses less than two miles away and many others in the area. Enjoy all of the Saco River activities including tubing, kayaking and canoeing. Less than a mile to Saco River where boats put into river.

A short walk to Echo Lake. Great place to paddle board.

In season pick your own strawberries less than two miles. This is a great area for biking and tennis. Horseback riding is less than five minutes away.

Have your morning coffee on the three-season porch or deck. Curl up with a good book in one of the three living room areas, each with its own flat screen tv or just relax and enjoy. Quiet family neighborhood.

There are also many other hikes where you can walk. Two golf courses nearby. (less than two miles.)

Other Activities: Approx. 7 miles to Storyland. Spend the day on the Cog Railroad, or zip lines nearby. Enjoy all the activities at Attitash. In season, enjoy fresh picked strawberries (picked you own or purchase already picked, even drive-thru available. Enjoy activities on the Saco River. Tube or kayak, less than two miles to the Saco.

Golf: North Conway Country Club and Hales Location.

Ski: Cranmore is less than two miles away. Not far from Attitash.

Available for winter seasonal rental. Wildcat about 20 minutes.

Wonderful location and a beautiful and comfortable home

Our extended family of four adults and three children (ages 11, 14, and 15) stayed in this beautiful home for the long Columbus Day holiday weekend. We were very comfortable and impressed with the attention to detail that is evident as soon as you approach the house and were bowled away by the interior. Everyone had a comfortable space with TV if they wished. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook meals, but the house is near good restaurants also. The home was clean and perfect for the asthmatic/allergic person in our group. The location is accessible to the action in town but on a side road that allowed us to bypass the traffic on those occasions when we wanted to avoid going into or through town. The fact that there is one bedroom that is on the main floor with a full bath attached was a great help to us as one person was suffering from a hip injury and had limited mobility. We will definitely want to stay here again. Many thanks to Cheryl for making this great home available to us!

Best home we have ever rented!

We have been staying here at this rental for about 4 years now and it is simply perfect for our family. The house is new (about 5 years old) and perfectly maintained. The location (near Echo Lake and less than 2 miles from North Conway) is exactly where you want to be when staying in this area. You can walk over to Echo Lake or top of Whitehorse or Cathedral Ledges or Diana's Bath without starting your car.

The house is roomy and has all the necessary comforts. The owners are extremely accommodating and have put in the home very nice appliances, televisions and all the comforts of home which often are lacking in rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook anything, no need to bring anything from home which makes life so easy. Each year we return, improvements are made in the house whether it's the deck, a new grill, a finished basement (what a nice treat that was) etc.

We visit the area each year with lots of family who stay all around and everyone is jealous of the place we have found. Cheryl (the owner) communicates with us so well and really makes us feel right at home. We are counting the days until we can return next Summer! We would recommend this house in the strongest way possible to anyone looking to rent in this wonderful area of New Hampshire. There is so much to do!!

Great Place for a Family Vacation

Our family has just returned from our third vacation stay at this beautiful home. The location offers the best of both worlds;centrally located, close to town and major attractions but yet located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The area offers something for everyone in the family; from a day at Storyland or Santa's Village, hiking, to swimming at Echo Lake. Our teenage boys enjoy the close proximity to Cranmore and Attitash and the many activities both have to offer. Our day would not be complete without a stop at Zeb's Countrystore in North Conway Village. We love the three season porch and the awesome deck which is great for outdoor grilling. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The owner's have left detailed instructions on how to operate the appliances, fireplace, etc. The upstairs family room offers a great retreat area for family game playing or relaxation. The owner's are pleasant and easy to work with. We have already reserved our next vacation....more great memories are ahead!!

Great place for vacation

This vacation home was wonderful; it was brand new, clean, spacious, bright and had everything needed for a few days stay or a month stay. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to Echo Lake. The three season porch is a delight.

We were there for just a few days, but with so much to do in North Conway and the surrounding areas, we still did not get to see or do everything we wanted to do. I would certainly go back to this rental again and would not hesitate recommending it to anyone thinking of staying up in this area.
