Location was amazing and the privacy was perfect. Lot's of soft towels. Never ending hot water. Some things were surprising. The TV had few channels and was often blurred and had a line across the screen. The Wifi often didn't work. The bathroom was very dated and one sink didn't drain. The mattress was very hard. The house next door had kids that screamed in the pool at 7:45 am most mornings. The driveway was very tight and couldn't open the car doors without scratching them on bushes. A few upgrades and this place is a gem
Beautiful, well-equipped property! Steps to a winding path that takes you straight to the gorgeous beach. Close to the action with Captiva's dining and watersports just one road up. We will be back!
A great experience describes this Captiva abode. We and our Gracie (our doodle) look forward to our February time in Captiva. The gulf, intercoastal, and excellent restaurants are just a short walk away. This two bedroom apartment meets all our needs. We will return next year. John, the owner/next door, is very hospitable.
First of all, this two bedroom apartment has "location." One block to the Gulf beach, including picturesque sunsets, and one block to the intercostal with manatees bobbing their heads. Delectable restaurants offering great dinners, breakfasts, and lunches. And, the apartment is pet friendly. The owner is next door, promptly addressing your needs. The street is quiet on this beautifully landscaped tropical island. Come and enjoy.

Good location. Walking distance to several restaurants. Good proximity to beach. Property owner John was very helpful and let us know when we arrived to call if any questions or concerns. Apartment was very clean. Being able to bring my dogs was a huge plus for me. Beaches are dog friendly. Weather was wonderful. Hope to return again soon. Thanks again John.
