This 4,000 square foot custom built home was constructed in 2009. It is located on the canal side of Tarpon Blvd with its own private dock. The front of the house faces the ocean and is 100 steps to the Beach. The home has an open floor plan design with double porches on the front and back side of the house with rocking chairs. The house is finished in tile and hardwood flooring throughout, no carpet.
The kitchen was designed with entertainment in mind as it has a custom made dining room table that seats 10 comfortably, granite counter tops, dual ovens, a large professional gas grill, dual dish washers, 1 ice machine, top loading stainless refrigerator, 6' butcher block island with seating, wet bar and plenty of seating and storage. There is also a cooking center outside which includes a grill, deep fryer along with seating and an outdoor fireplace.
The home is designed to house many guests with its 7 Bedrooms which include, 3 Master Suites with king size beds and open showers, 3 hot water heaters, separate heating and air for climate control up and down stairs. All Bedrooms & Baths open to the outside. All but one bedroom have their own walk in closets and private bath. There are 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, 1 Refrigerator & an ice maker.

Why Tony Davison chose Fripp Island
Fripp Island was chosen because it is a family oriented island with a gated community and a laid back lifestyle. The wildlife at Fripp is amazing as you will see everything from turtles to alligators and deer that will literally eat out of the palm of your hand! Because of the tides, you will find beautiful sea shells and sand dollars. There is also a lot to do on Fripp Island. They have golf, tennis, basketball, parks & fishing. Fripp Island is conveniently located near Beaufort where you can find many restaurants and shopping. Golf carts are the primary mode of transportation and you get everything from beautiful sunsets to fruitful fishing trips.
What makes this House unique
This home was built with family and vacation in mind. It was built with an open floor plan so everyone could be together and relax at the same time. Access to the outside was included in every bedroom so all could enjoy the beautiful scenery. There are plenty of toys on site to enjoy such as kayaks, and golf cart. No expense was spared in designing and developing this home and it is constantly being updated based on visitor feedback. This house does NOT come with AMENITY CARDS, and we have no access to them.

the property is beautiful. perfect canal location. bedrooms and sleeping capacity are misstated. there are 6 bedrooms w/ walkin closets and a bath- the 7th bunkbed room does not have a bath and is suitable only for young children. this posed a problem as we had planned for 4 adults in the room . the lack of a bathroom was very inconvenient as you had to troop thru someone bedroom to get to a shower. the house has beds for 12 - and 4 young children. there are not beds for 21.This left several from our group on the couch.Not what we had planned . there are not 2 refrigerators - not 2 icemakers( there is an icemaker in the bar area- not in the refrigerator.) - ( the drink cooler in the basement is wonderful ) . we had looked forward to using the scooters which were there - but were told after we arrived that they preferred we not use them. the outdoor cooking items and all marginal outdoor furniture was crammed into the outdoor shower space when we arrived.the outdoor furniture needs to be redone . communication with the manager is terrible. fortunately we had a very adaptable group- and it was a fantastic week- as always on a great island like fripp
We are getting ready for our 3rd year at this property and can't wait! We always have a fabulous week with something for everyone in the family or nothing at all for those who want to just relax. This is the perfect house for us with our children and grandchildren and room for all. Best location on the island.
This property is AWESOME! Its beautiful, clean, well kept, & accommadating. Its open floor plan makes it great for large groups, you never feel cramped.The location of the home is great. There is something to do for everyone of all ages. Everything in the home is in top working condition. The owner is a pleasure to work with. A very nice person. The only disappointments were that one of the golf carts was broken and that was an inconvenience because we had a large group. But thats what happens when some people use things that dont belong to them, they dont take care of it. And no ammenty cards.
I recommend this home to everyone. Rent it, enjoy it and have respect for the owner and his property.
We are located next to Hunting Island, which is the most visited Park in the State of SC. It is open 7 days a week.
