Great location, easy beach access , easy walking to local attractions. Condo was clean with adequate space.

There are so many things that I could say, so for the sake of easy reading I will list the pros and cons. First, our room was not ready at 3:00. This made a bad impression but the cleaning crew was very apologetic. Both shower curtains had mold along the bottom that we pointed out and she tried to scrub off. Our towels for the week were left drying in the dryer for us. Once we got them out we discovered that we had 6 bath towels for 7 people. Mid-week we washed our towels to discover that the dryer would not turn on. We let the owner know right away who sent someone over to look at it. That person told us the knob was broken. A new knob was ordered we believe, but in the meantime the owner told us to go buy pliers to operate the dryer. (We were told everyday that the dryer would be fixed, which never was fixed prior to checkout.) We had to do this because we did have any dry towels!! Not, to mention we had already gone out and purchased kitchen towels because only had one towel and wash cloth was left for us. There were no extra pillow cases even though we had plenty of pillows. We used our t-shirts as pillow cases. Also, we had to ask for a sheet for the pull-out sofa bed. A sheet was provided but the man who came also, in formed us in a very matter of fact way that we were not staying at one of the "higher end" properties therefore, we should not expect too much. I guess this explains the dirty shower curtains, dirty bath mats, dusty & dirty AC vents, medal folding chairs on balcony, one TV remote for two TV's, dirty throw pillows on beds, minimal linens, and having to change our own light bulbs. Despite, all of this we made the best of our situation. The building location is good and we really liked the OD area of the beach. The pools were clean and maintained well. We really liked the one across the street that we believe is salt water. The beach chairs are nice and there are plenty of toys including a boogie board. Parking was never an issue. I would come back to this property but not rent this unit.

This was a great condo and great location. Easy check-in and access. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The beach is just steps away. Will definitely stay here again!

Condo was very clean. Having linens and towels provided was great. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed during our stay. We will stay here again
