This loft, built in 2006, is a quiet retreat. It is a spacious 850 sq. feet, with a fully equipped kitchen and a sunset-view covered deck with a gas grill. Downtown, Lake Coeur d'Alene, North Idaho College and City Park are all within a 2-10 minute walk. The Centennial Trail is within a block, and skiing is only 45 minutes away. It is a great launching pad for an active visit.

In June of 2016, I retired after 37 years as an elementary school teacher and principal in Coeur d'Alene. I love what is accessible from the loft and my house, (on the same property) by foot, on bikes or by car. I enjoy great hiking, fishing, bicycling, cross country and alpine skiing within 45 minutes. I love Coeur d'Alene!

I have lived in this neighborhood since 1983; the loft is on the back of the property where I live.
I enjoy walking three minutes to the lake, biking the Centennial Trail from my house, walking to events downtown and at North Idaho College. I have rented to Ironman athletes for each of the 12 years of the event, and in 2009 and 2011 I completed the race.

My husband, two children and myself loved our stay here. We particularly enjoyed the person experience David offered. Easy walk to beach, park and downtown activities. Definitely will stay again.

The location is perfect! It's in close proximity to "downtown" as well as the City Park and Beach. The rental is better than described. It's immaculate, modern and comfortable. It is also well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen, extra linens and towels. The deck is comfortable and a great place to retreat. The owner was incredibly pleasant and kind and very helpful and responsive in coordinating my stay. I highly recommend this rental.
The first things we noticed was the quiet and cozy loft was what we truly needed. It had everything we were hoping for. The weekend would not have been the same if it were not for the full amenities, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer , and a grill. It is in a perfect location close to the beach and down town. To top it off after enjoying our full day of fun, we were able to walk into the Loft relax and not worry about people in the room next to us, around us, or parting in the hallways. We did not want to leave, but as they say, never say goodbye, always say until we see each other again. Loft, we will see you again. David, you truly have a great place, thank you for your kindness we will be contacting you again and have already told many people how great it is there.
We just had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at this great condo. The unit was very clean and is in absolutely the PERFECT location. A great beach is a 5 minute walk down the street, the popular shops and pubs on Sherman Ave near the resort are a 10 min walk through the park, and you can jog to the Tubbs Hill hiking area in less than 10 minutes. The CDA summer theater is a couple blocks away and is running some professional quality shows this summer. The owner is a first-class, local guy that takes care of everything and goes out of his way to make your stay perfect. We stayed as a family of 5 and there was plenty of room and tons of floor space in the living room to lay out an extra mattress or two - which are provided in the closet. Bottom line: We will visit CDA again and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Highly recommend.
