This unique room has a wonderful view of Kapfenstein Castle and its breathtaking surroundings. You will find some of Agatha Christie's book in this room ... Agatha Mary Clarissa Miller was born in 1890 in Torquay - a small town on the English south coast. We do not know much about her youth. It is well known that in the 16th century Year of life began to write stories. She got the name Christie, as she married the English corporal Archibald Christie. In 1928 she divorced and kept the surname. From this marriage, her only daughter was born. During the First World War she voluntarily worked in a pharmacy. This inspired her to write her first book. In 1920, this book was published with the title `The missing link in the chain`. This room is small (about 9 m²), but very fine. This also applies to the bathroom with shower and toilet. It reflects the history of the house with the former art glassworks. Can of course also be used for accompanying children and adolescents as a separate children's room.

The Bed & Breakfast "Klein-Holland" in Kapfenstein. A guest house with a difference. Each room has its own, individual history. The house is furnished with many antique objects and furniture from Holland and this gives the house its unique character. Valuable, old materials were used, such as a floor of 500-year-old stones, there are sinks made of old marble, the windows are lead-glazed in the Gothic style. The house was lovingly planned and built down to the last detail, giving it a very special look. The equipment corresponds to high standard. The guest rooms are very high quality and stylishly equipped, each room has its own charm; all have bath and toilet. In total, we offer seven guest rooms.
Some rooms have a balcony. The lovingly created front garden together with the stone pillars on the staircase and terraces remind of a small castle. The entrance to the forecourt is via two paved driveways, the free guest parking is located on the street very close to the house. Spacious terraces invite you to chat or just relax. Perhaps complemented with a glass of wine and delicacies from this unique region, results in holidays of a special quality.
