This beautiful vacation house was completely renovated and adapted to today's lifestyle. It is located in the small village ?u?njevica near Labin. In the outdoor area a pool provides refreshment. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining area and living room, toilet and another kitchen-living room with exit to the terrace. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the upper floor, with bedroom No. 3 having its own bathroom. On the well-maintained property, in addition to garden furniture, there is also a brick barbecue. The surrounding area is suitable for hiking and cycling and if you want to swim in the sea, then visit the beaches of Rabac.
