Vacation home Marijke is located in a very quiet residential complex, 700 meters from the beautiful beach in Westende on the Belgian coast. There are a few playgrounds in the park, but no other central facilities, so there is never any noise. You live at the end of a cul-de-sac and enjoy plenty of privacy. The vacation home has been lovingly and tastefully decorated, you will immediately feel at home. There is seating everywhere, so you can enjoy plenty of light throughout the day. In summer, the conservatory is a wonderful place to relax. On the floor are two small rooms with sloping ceilings, between the two rooms is the bathroom with bathtub and hand shower. You can reach the floor via a so-called goose staircase, where short and wide steps alternate. Around the house there is a garden with terraces, a carport and a storage room.
Westende belongs to the larger Middelkerke, where there is also a casino on the seafront. The wide sandy beach is attractive for families, there are no noisy beach bars. You can make beautiful cycling trips through the hinterland along the canals and fields. With the coastal streetcar you can explore the entire coast from De Panne to Knokke. Nieuwpoort with the largest marina in Europe and Ostend is not far away. The world heritage city of Bruges can be reached in half an hour by car.
