About this property

**** Thatched property - perfect for families with dogs

The thatched house "Nicole" was rebuilt in the thatched house area "De Poeler Drift in Zierow in 2016 and lovingly furnished for dog lovers and large families.

In November 2017 it received a **** star rating from the DTV.

The natural beach (dog beach) is only 600 m. The second section of the beach is also within easy walking distance and offers a lot of fun for young and old with a cafe, mini golf, beach volleyball and a large playground on the beach.

In the large living-dining area, a fireplace provides cozy warmth on cold days and you can make yourself comfortable on the couch with one of the numerous books or games.

The kitchenette is equipped with modern kitchen appliances. The large dining table offers space for the whole family. On request you can order a high chair.

There is a bowl and two dog baskets available for the four-legged friends. There are special blankets ready to protect the furnishings.

You can relax in the large shower room with sauna. Sufficient space for at least 4 people. An infusion is ready. The shower is level with the floor and has wellness radiation.

The guest toilet and the utility room with washing machine and dryer complete the ground floor.

The four bedrooms are upstairs.

They are brightly decorated with solid wood furniture. Two bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and a chest of drawers - ideal for your children!

For the little guests there is a high chair, travel cot and stair gate! A toddler kit for the bathroom is available.

The other two bedrooms also have a TV and are each equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a chest of drawers.

The full bath on the upper floor impresses with the free-standing bathtub and the floor-to-ceiling shower with real glass partition. There you will also find a heated towel rail and two sinks - this is how the day can start.

The outside area is completely fenced and the terrace is oriented to the west side. Here you can enjoy sunny hours or plan barbecues with your family or friends. A fixed grill is ready.

Enjoy the hours of sunshine on the garden loungers or in the hotel's own beach chair.

There are two parking spaces in front of the house. Bicycles brought along can be locked in the in-house storage shed.

Großzügig eingerichtetes Haus in einer Feriensiedlung

Mit sechs Erwachsenen, zwei Jugendlichen und zwei Hunden hatten wir in diesem Haus einen schönen Familientreff. Vier Schlafzimmer und ein größeres Bad in der Oberetage und ein großes Wohnzimmer, kombiniert mit Küche, ein zusätzliches WC und eine Sauna befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet und großzügig ausgestattet, so dass man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anwerfen muss. Für Kinder steht im eingezäunten ein Spielplatz zur Verfügung. So kann man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Haus Nicole Zierow

Der Aufenthalt an der Ostsee war wunderschön ebenso Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses. Wir waren vorallem begeistert über die Fliegengitter im ganzen Haus, da wurde wirklich nicht gespart. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Sonst alles TOP, Vermittlung und die Kommunikation waren vorbildlich. Wir haben es bereits mehrfach weiterempfohlen.

Für Kinder geeignet Strand zu Fuß gut erreichbar Direkt am Hundestrand Großes Haus mit viel Platz im Garten Hätte noch etwas sauberer sein können

Traumhaus mit Sauna

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Haus ist großzügig gebaut. Bis zum Strand sind es max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles in allem wunderschön und sehr zu empfehlen ! Das einzige was uns störte, ist der kleine Zaun (Höhe ca. 50cm). Wir konnten unsere Hunde nicht ableinen.
