Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. Ideal for families or adults looking to escape the noise! The home is approx 3100 sq. ft and has been newly furnished in Spring of 2009 . We are ready for our guests as of April 1st, 2009! The home offers 3 bedrooms on the main level plus a lovely private master up, with spacious ensuite and private balcony overlooking pool and grounds. The pool and Fire-pit are totally private as you look towards the desert landscape. The outdoor BBQ grill area overlooks the pool w misters to keep you cool on hot days! There's plenty of Outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the pool, outdoor fireplace and sunshine. The home is situated in a very private residential (desert landscaped) neighborhood. Quiet & private location all homes spread far apart from each other on large lots

We are located off Shea Blvd at 128th St approx 10 min east of the 101 loop. 20 min to Old Scottsdale and 35 min to Sky Harbour Int'l Airport. The area is surrounded by world class Golf Courses and fabulous shopping in upscale Scottsdale.

For those with Pet Allergies we are a NO Pet and Non Smoking property. Note: all furnishings are brand new as of March 2009.

We love the Scottsdale area and specifically the sub division around our home. The homes are spread far apart for wonderful privacy yet we are located just minutes to shopping, golf, Mayo Clinic and walking and bike trails right outside our front door. Lastly, how can we forget the blue sunny skys about 350 days per year!

Superb as always. Don't miss out!

I may be slightly biased as this was my 3rd trip to the Hasman residence! The villa as always was the gemstone on our vacation as it's a place to wind down, take the foot off the gas and enjoy the wonderful area of Scottsdale and beyond. There are a host of great eating venues in close proximity of the house as well as the neighbourhood Frys, Barnes & Noble et al just a short drive down East Shea Boulevard. The 101 also allows you to head North and South very quickly and you'll be able to reach plenty of malls and other restaurants and shopping venues if that's your thing. I can't recommend this property highly enough and I hope you have as many happy memories as we have over the years. I'll certainly miss this place.

Beautiful, quiet and very clean house!

Wow! We loved this house. You will not be disappointed. The house was beautiful and very clean. Beds, towels, etc. are high quality. The pool was perfect and much needed as we booked a week with record breaking temperatures (up to 118 degrees). The house is on a very quiet dead-end street so the only noises we heard were the birds/roosters. We loved the layout of the house. There are two suites - the very large Master upstairs with a gorgeous bathroom and huge walk in closet and another off of the kitchen. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom (accessible from both bedrooms). The garage is large and we appreciated parking in it during the extreme heat. It was stocked with plenty of pool toys and had a large refrigerator. The backyard is lovely with a variety of trees/plants. We enjoyed waiting for the nightly gathering of the grouse as they, one-by-one, flew into the tree by the house to settle in for the night. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck outside the master suite. There are mountain views from 3 sides of the house. Although the one neighbor is somewhat close, very large trees line the property so their house is not visible. All the neighbors are extremely quiet – maybe most are not there during the heat of the summer.

Grocery store was very close and was in a very scenic area.

Tips: there are pool towels in the laundry room. I accidently found them on our last day.

This house was 5 star – (let us know if you ever want to sell!!). Only 2 VERY minor fixes. The one bed (off of the kitchen) is extremely squeaky and many of the faucet handles are loose. Yes, these are very minor fixes and were quickly overlooked due to the many pluses of this house.

The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had.

Thank you for a very memorable vacation in a house that was perfect for us. We actually booked another vacation before we left!

Desert Paradise

This home is exactly as pictured, if not better. The location is wonderful, very private. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The beds, especially the Master, are so comfortable. (That's a rarity!) Plenty of towels. Almost anything you need to prepare food at 'home'. Very clean.

The owner was extremely responsive and very easy to work with.
