About Lindsay Laurello

In May 2016 I graduated from Syracuse University, and then was faced with a huge question, "What do I do now?" I have always considered myself indecisive when it comes to making big decisions, so I asked myself this question, "If I had just one more day to live, where would I choose to spend it?" And that leads me to where I am now, living in my hometown with all of my family. Since I've come home from college, I have bought a house and remodeled it, bought a corgi (Who else loves corgi's as much as I do!?), and everyday I continue to learn the in's and out's of property management.

Lindsay Laurello purchased this house in 1991

Why Lindsay Laurello chose Ohio

This home was a full time, year around rental. Once the family moved, it was in need of renovation, and it was a natural fit for a vacation rental.

What makes this house unique

The beautiful vineyards surrounding the property. The property is located on a working farm, with 48 acres of Vinis Lambrusco (Concord grapes). Beautiful patio and fire pit overlooking the vineyards.

One of our favorite places to spend time

  • 5 of 5

Our two families (one from Chicago, one from New York) have been meeting in Geneva, OH to spend a week together for the last 8 years. We have stayed at this farmhouse for most of those years, and it always feels like coming home. The big table is perfect for our eight people, the house is clean and well-maintained, the vineyards are lovely. It is a hidden treasure. Highly recommend!

Friendly & helpful owner, clean & convenient home

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for a weekend and had a great experience. Lindsay was helpful and accommodating and quickly resolved an issue that came up when we arrived (which was circumstantial, no fault of hers or the property). The house allowed us to enjoy our vacation by providing ample sleeping space and common areas, especially the "Man Cave," which we admittedly used for both genders - since it's not part of the original home, people who were up early or late were able to be as loud as they wanted there without disturbing those who were still sleeping. The location was very close to expressway, gas/grocery, and our destinations, and being steps away from the winery and restaurant had its perks too. Reserving for next year!

Perfect vineyard retreat with everything you need for a great time.

  • 5 of 5

Such a lovely place. Situated perfectly to explore everything the region has to offer. Vineyards outside the door, a beautiful drive to the strip, covered bridges and wineries. The place is clean, comfortable and so well equipped. Enjoyed the fire pit, patio and beautiful shaded lot. Such great common space to hang out in, well equipped kitchen and the man cave and large farm table are great for playing games. Lindsey ensured a smooth check in and out and we wanted for nothing while there. There's a real eye for detail clear here and we hope to return here or to one of her other properties soon. Highly recommend.

Great location for a wine vacation

  • 5 of 5

The house is located very centrally to many of the area's wineries. It was clean and as advertised in terms of amenities. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt and we had no issues during our stay. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Perfect and affordable for a group!

Cozy farmhouse convenient to wineries

  • 4 of 5

The farmhouse was comfortable and offered plenty of space for our group to hang out and be together, or get away for a little quiet time. The beds are on the small side and the upstairs shower wasn't the greatest, but the living and dining spaces and the outdoor patio made up for that. We also loved being right next door to the winery and within 3-4 miles of a half dozen others.

Perfect in every way!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this house while we were swimming in a Masters Championship Meet at Spire. We loved everything about it. There are 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 very good sized comfortable couches. The "Man Cave" was a huge hit with all of us. We even went next door to Laurello Winery (literally across the driveway). Wish we didn't already have dinner plans because the food there smelled fantastic!

This rental house was loved by all of us and I am sure we will keep it in mind for our next visit!
