Unser neugebautes Haus befindet sich am Ortsrand von Arnbruck, direkt am Wanderweg nach Drachselsried, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Kneippanlage. Die FEWO hat eine Größe von ca. 60 m2, bestehend aus Dusche/WC, 1 Schlafzimmer, einer komfortabel eingerichteten Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, etc., Essecke, Sat -TV (großer Flachbildschirm) und kostenlosem WLAN. Die Wohnung ist mit Sichtdachstuhl und 2 Balkonen ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Spültabs, Toilettenpapier etc. werden kostenlos gestellt, auf Wunsch Brötchenservice.

Genauigkeit der Beschreibung

Nach den Bildern des Inserates und der hinterlegten Bilder der Objektnummer war davon auszugehen, dass es sich bei der angebotenen Ferienwohnung um keine Wohnung im Dachgeschoss handelt. Erst durch genauere Recherchen haben wir festgestellt, dass auch Ferienwohnungen im Dachgeschoss angeboten wurden und wir wohl eine davon reserviert hatten. Die Wohnung war zwar sauber und in Ordnung, da wir jedoch helle Räume lieben, hätten wir die Dachgeschoss bei genauerer Beschreibung wohl eher nicht gebucht. Für die Zukunft sollten Sie bei Ihren abgeschalteten Anzeigen realistische Bilder zu den tatsächlich angebotenen Wohnungen schalten oder zumindest darauf verweisen, dass verschiedene Wohnungen angeboten werden. Bei den angeführten Bildern war keines mit Dachschräge. Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Urlaub
