Welcome to our apartment in Laax. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. We are dedicated to offering you the best in products and services. We look forward to having you with us!

It is a privately owned luxurious '2.5 Rooms' Apartment-House (72qm/775qf).

Different rates available for 2-5 people stay.

The apartment has a south/west side facing Balcony with a view of the mountains with an outdoor and indoor pool and is situated in a quiet location at the edge of a wood, where you can enjoy great hiking. There is a bus stop, approx. 60 meters from the hotel, which provides a free shuttle ride by postal bus to the 'Laax-Murschetg' mountain station Gondola (approx. 7 minutes & 2 minutes on foot) .

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, as well as tableware, and a table for 6 people in the dining area. The residence has a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a toilet. Also, you will find a private bathroom with shower and toilet in the bedroom.

Our apartment accommodates up to 5 people (one extra bed can be requested in advance with a surcharge). There is a king size bed in the bedroom (additional twin size guest-bed can be added, if needed). There are two Murphy-beds (twin size each) in the living-room.

The hotel has a heated outdoor pool available during summer months and an indoor swimming pool open year-round. There is a playground for children with a baby pool, 2 tennis courts, and a fitness room, which are all free of charge. You can enjoy the co-ed or women’s sauna and peacefully relax in the quiet room on a daily basis (sauna and quiet room: 3pm-10pm, indoor swimming pool: 7am-10pm). Children have an entry to the sauna only with an adult until 5pm.

Next to the indoor pool, there is a game room with foosball table, table-tennis, and lounge space. We also provide a locker for your skis and ski boots in a designated ski-room area in the hotel. There is a coin-operated laundry room with washers and dryers (the washers and dryers turn off automatically at 10pm daily).

Please be advised that pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.

Why The Owner chose Flims/Laax/Falera

Blessed with stunning scenery, and situated on a sunny terrace overlooking the wildly romantic Rhine valley, Flims, Laax and Falera are the three neighboring towns that make up this amazing ski resort, located in the canton of Graubünden. I never forgot the time when my parents and I visited this particular hotel when I was less than ten. When the apartment was completed in 2001, the waiting to be part of this wonderful place became reality. Only five kilometers from each other, the three villages are well connected to other villages and slopes in the area. It is the 4th largest in Switzerland, but has the most snow-fall on average. The 'Flimser Grosswald' is one of the largest wooded areas in Graubünden, a must for all nature enthusiasts. The Rhine gorge, which is also known as the 'Swiss Grand Canyon,' fascinates hikers and river rafters from throughout the world. Not to forget is Cauma-Lake (Caumasee) with its turquoise-green waters and picturesque bays is reminiscent of a beach along the Mediterranean.

What makes this condo unique

Situated in a quiet location at the edge of a wood, approx. 7 minutes on foot/ 2 minutes by postal bus from the 'Laax-Murschetg' mountain station Gondola. You can relax at the beautiful Cauma-Lake, or just stay in the hotel and enjoy all the amenities available. It takes about 6 minutes to get from our apartment to Flims by car.

Wonderful Location!

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment. It was comfortable and convenient, located just a short bus ride or walk to the LAAX ski lift, restaurants and shops. It is also just a short walk to the LAAX Freestyle Academy for those adventure seekers who want to take a day off from skiing outside. Overall, the apartment was very clean and the hotel managers were supportive and helpful in answering all of our questions. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting the LAAX area.

Fabulous!

This apartment in Laax is everything we had hoped it would be and more. The location is conveniently nestled among the mountains, with easy access to skiing, hiking, sightseeing, public transportation and much more.

Right across the road is a ski resort, and right behind the apartment are hiking trails.

The apartment itself is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. It is very clean and well maintained.

There are PLENTY of closets and drawers available for clothing, the two bathrooms are very clean and modern, and the bedroom is roomy enough to easily accommodate a king size bed, and a cot with room to spare. The Murphy beds in the living room are very comfortable, and there is a hidden door which can be used to make this into a separate bedroom if desired.

The kitchen offers all the modern appliances indicated, and is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is small, but very functional.

We enjoyed the use of the balcony, even though we were there in the winter time. It offered an outstanding view of the mountains.

We found it to be very quiet here, and enjoyed the use of the large indoor pool, sauna, fitness room, laundry facilities and games room.

During the process of booking my vacation, and the apartment, I found the owner to be more than helpful and patient with the many questions I had concerning the apartment, location, directions and much more.

He was easily accessible by phone or email while we were there if we needed to reach him. For any other concerns or queries, there is someone usually available at the front desk in the lobby. I found them to be very friendly and helpful also.

I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are traveling to the Flims area any time of the year.

Even if you are not skier, there are a multitude of hiking trails at your doorstep, and you can also enjoy a day on the Gondola through the mountains. You can buy a day pass, for around 40CHF. This takes you through the mountains of Flims, Laax, and Falera. You can get on and off as you please, take advantage of the various hiking trails at different points, and eat at restaurants offered at different altitudes. This price also includes a free bus pass for the day.

I can only hope that I will be lucky enough to travel back to this beautiful country one day.

Ice-skating (natural and artificial); hiking; tobogganing; curling; horse-drawn sleigh rides; ice stick shooting; and mountaineering. A fitness centre and sauna, indoor swimming/tennis, ballooning, and bowling are further activities to try out. Alternatively, you can sample the resort’s offerings of a selection of bars and discos, or the delightful Elephant Mountain Restaurant, situated at 2,500 meters/8202 feet. Tennis, badminton and golf as well as themed walking trails, mountain meadows and bathing and moorland lakes offer varied and fascinating holidays for the entire family. Mountain & Trails-Biking/Hiking: Over 230 km/143 miles of mountain bike trails and over 250 km/155 miles of hiking trails lead to countless panoramic lookouts offering views across the Graubünden mountainscape. The 'Flimser Grosswald' is one of the largest wooded areas in Graubünden, a must for all nature enthusiasts. The Rhine gorge, which is also known as the 'Swiss Grand Canyon.'
