Nonostante le ripetute telefonate all'host a partire dalle ore 17 del giorno del nostro arrivo (sabato 29 luglio) per capire dove fosse esattamente la struttura, non ho mai avuto il piacere di conoscere o ascoltare la voce della persona indicata come responsabile del nostro affitto vacanza sig. Giovanni Aprile...solo alle 20 ho ricevuto la chiamata da altro numero da parte di una signora che si è presentata come madre dell'host in questione. Con grande sorpresa mia, di mia moglie e delle mie due bambine questa signora ci ha detto che non poteva più ospitarci perché aveva un problema all'impianto fognario tanto che aveva disdetto anche i precedenti soggiorni informando novasol (il sabato e la domenica non rispondono) che avrebbe dovuto contattarci. Questa signora ci ha proposto di appoggiarci a casa sua per la notte o massimo due giorni per consentirci di trovare altra sistemazione con calma. Mi sono trovato dopo un giorno di viaggio alle 20.30 della sera in mezzo ad una strada con due bambine e senza l'alloggio già pagato interamente del valore di 1.458 euro per la vacanza dal 29/07 al 12/08 e senza la possibilità di usare la carta di credito per fermare altre strutture perché superato l'utilizzo consentito avendo già pagato la suddetta struttura. Ad oggi 17/08 non ho ancora ricevuto indietro i miei soldi con la beffa della madre dell'host che ha detto a novasol che non ci siamo presentati ed abbiamo rinunciato al soggiorno. Da dimenticare Novasol, l'host e la casa mai vista
