If required, the attic, 60 m2, can be rented for up to 5 people, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with sofa bed and a second shower room. The beds are made and shower and towels are ready. In the separate kitchen you will find everything you need, including dishwasher. The bathroom is renovated with a shallow shower, hanging W C and large vanity. In the living room there is info material about Polle and surroundings, as well as SAT flat screen TV, stereo and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is designed with tiles and parquet and has blinds, some electrically. From the living room and bedroom you go to the balcony, where you can enjoy the sun all day and have a great view of the castle and the green. An awning is available. In addition to the balcony you can use the garden and relax in the beach basket. For children there is a swing, barbecue is also possible, a barbecue is available. Behind the house is still a sitting area. Bicycles can be parked in the garden hut or in the garage. There are also bicycles available for free. The apartment will be rented from May 2018. In Polle you get everything you need for daily life. The Weserradweg can be reached in 2 minutes, the heated outdoor pool can be reached within 2 minutes on foot, hiking trails lead around Polle and the Weserbergland golf course is 5 km away or you can explore the beautiful Weserbergland, which has much to offer. Hameln, Bad Pyrmont, Bodenwerder, Höxter, the Solling, Detmold, Extersteine and some other destinations are nearby, as Polle is located in the middle of the Weserbergland.
