About this property

Our 100m² holiday home is located here in the green heart of Germany, in the Kneipp spa town of Bad Tabarz in the Thuringian Forest.

There are many excursion destinations with a rich cultural program in the area, Eisenach with the Wartburg (24km), Gotha with the Friedenstein Castle (12km), Erfurt (40km) or Weimar (70km).
But there is also a lot to discover for active vacationers.
Hikes (e.g. Inselsberg 8km), mountain bike, adventure swimming pool, as well as winter sports with ski and sled rental in town.

A wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are available to you in Bad Tabarz.

The house was newly built in 2001, this includes an approximately 880m² garden plot with a nice barbecue area, which invites you to relax after a relaxing day.

The costs for charging electric or hybrid cars (if possible) are always based on consumption and are invoiced separately.

The house is divided as follows:

In the basement there is a cozy living area with dining area, TV and radio (Bose Blus)
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine
and kettle.
A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

In the 2nd On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a small balcony.

Kurzurlaub mit Runter-Fahr-Effekt

Wir vier (zwei Zweibeiner, zwei Vierbeiner) haben unseren ersten Urlaub im Thüringer Wald verbracht. Der telefonische Kontakt im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Das Haus ist voll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, Garten zum Toben mit den Hunden wunderbar und für uns alle viere das Highlight: der Wintergarten! Gerade bei Regen haben wir vier uns dort gemütlich gemacht. Jetzt wollen wir auch einen haben. Alles in allem haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Grundstück

Wir waren für 10 Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit großem eingezäunten Grundstück. Unsere Australian Sheperd Hündin hat das genossen und ihre Runden ums Haus gedreht. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge im Thüringer Wald. In Fußnähe (500m) sind ein neuer moderner Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei und ein Getränkemarkt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Im Wintergarten kann man gemütlich chillen. Malcolm hat uns bei Ankunft sehr freundlich alles gezeigt und wir durften uns sogar an den Obstbäumen im Garten bedienen. Wir haben sehr positive Erinnerungen an einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

alles hat gepasst...

zentraler Ausgangspunkt zu unseren Aktivitäten. Wir waren zwei Wochen mit Hund und Rädern im sehr nett eingerichteten Häuschen mit großem Garten der Familie Crowson. Vielen Dank für den netten Empfang. Für uns und unseren Hund war das eingezäunte Gelände ideal. Unsere Räder konnten wir sicher im Schuppen unterbringen. Zu jeder Tageszeit hat man Sonne oder Schatten je nach Wunsch. Toll auch der helle Wintergarten, unser Lieblingsplatz... Es gibt auch Liegestühle für die Sonnenterasse. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche übrig, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Mit den Kurkarten kann man täglich auch das Bad besuchen. Es war alles sehr entspannend und wir kommen gerne wieder.
