The old country house was completely renovated in 2017. During the renovation, the owners made a point of decorating the old original features, such as the picturesque barn with the old, rustic stone walls.

The House also has a good location to visit many surrounding attractions. These include Rome, Florence, Perugia, Siena, the nearby "Therme dei Papi" with its mineral springs or Civita di Bagnioregio - a very special gem.

Tolles Haus und super Garten

Ein wunderschönes Haus und ein riesiger Garten, viele Bäume zum Schatten spenden, sehr schöner Pool, der regelmäßig gesäubert und kontrolliert wurde. Geschäfte und Restaurants schnell zu erreichen Leider keine Klimaanlage und keine Ventilatoren im Haus, es war teilweise sehr warm und stickig

Schönes Haus in ländlicher Idylle fernab vom Trubel

Wenn man auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung mit italienischem Flair ist, ist man hier genau richtig! Sehr großzügiges Haus mit großem Garten und Pool, hübsch renoviert. Wir haben uns hier schon zum 2.x sehr wohlgefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Ob gemeinsam kochend in der großen Küche, essend im Garten, badend am nahen See oder einfach nur faulenzend am Pool, einfach zum Wohlfühlen:)! Großes Plus: der Hund ist auch willkommen

Excellente semaine entre amis

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison conforme à l'annonce. Le jardin est grand et très agréable pour jouer en famille et/ou se reposer. La propriété est à l'écart du village, sans vis-à-vis. Une ferme agricole se situe à quelques centaines de mètre à vol d'oiseau et parfois les animaux se font entendre la nuit. Ca ne nous a pas dérangé cela dit, ca fait partie du charme. Seul bémol de la propriété peut-être : des cabines de douche un peu petites et une table et des chaises de jardin en plastique qui dénotent un peu. On a plus l'impression d'être chez des investisseurs que dans une maison habitée, mais rien de problématique. La maison est quand même parfaite pour passer de très belles vacances, avec ce beau jardin, cette piscine suffisante pour se rafraîchir et jouer avec les enfants et des intérieurs grands et spacieux,

Very nice property, house beatifully renovated

We were 6 adults (3 couples) and we all enjoyed our few days at this beautifully renovated house. The pool, however, is quite small and we wondered why they would have not put in a larger pool considering the size of thhe house and the number of people it can comfortably accomodate. The kitchen is new and has all the modcons you could want. The only downside for the summer is that there is no airconditioning. Air conditioning in the bedrooms which are upstairs would have been greatly appreciated. All in all though a very nice property. The Montefiascone/Lago Bolseno area is very enjoyable.
