Newly renovated, quiet, modern and stylish apartment - near Kudamm

EXCLUSIVE apartment is the perfect apartment for guests who want to spend their holidays in Berlin in an exclusive location - just minutes from the Kurfürstendamm - and at the same time after a turbulent day in the city prefer a quiet retreat in a stylish atmosphere.

The apartment was completely renovated in November 2017 according to the most modern aspects. It is located in a green, park-like landscaped courtyard in the immediate vicinity of Kurfürstendamm (within 5 minutes). The underground stations U7 Konstanzer Straße / Adenauer Platz are about 240/450 meters from the apartment and within walking distance in about 3/5 minutes.

If you arrive by car, you will find completely free parking in the street in front of the gate to the apartment and in the surrounding streets. The apartment is very central. To get to z. B. in 3.1 kilometers to Messedamm / ZOB, in 2.4 kilometers to the Gedächtniskirche, 2.9 kilometers to the Zoo and 2.9 kilometers to the KaDeWe,

The 60 square meter apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony and is located in the 2nd. Floor. Roller blinds make it possible to darken the sleeping areas.

The bedroom has a double bed with a 7-zone luxury mattress (house dust allergic). The down comforters and down pillows "First Class" are a high-quality natural product with the seal "allergy-friendly" and "skin-friendly". In addition, the bedroom has a large, spacious wardrobe, a cozy sitting area with 2 leather armchairs and side table, a small desk corner and a 2. Flat screen TV available.

Living room and dining room are equipped with modern furniture and a large flat screen TV. The corner couch can with an ottoman and a separate topper to another sleeping accommodation for the 3rd and 4th Person be prepared.

Both from the bedroom and from the living room you can reach the covered terrace overlooking the leafy courtyard.

In the kitchen a new kitchen unit was installed. This kitchen includes an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. There are also 2 coffee machines, water and egg cooker, toaster, mini oven, microwave and high quality dishes and WMF pots, cutlery and knives. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools for a leisurely breakfast.

The bathroom is very high quality with V & B vanity, mirror and toilet. A modern, walk-in shower with a design rain shower and a separate hand shower provides great showering comfort. The bathroom also has a condenser dryer.

Of course, our guests comfortable slippers available.

Wi-Fi, towels, kitchen towels, hair dryer and linen are included.

Final cleaning 50 €.

Upon arrival, a registration form with name, address and passport number must be completed.

In Berlin, an accommodation tax, the so-called "City Tax" has to be paid. This is 5% of the net room rate. That means you do not pay city tax from the service charge. Business travelers who can prove their purpose in writing are exempt from City Tax. The city tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. It is not included in the online price.

The owner is very helpful and always available.

Tha apartment is very comfortable and well equipped . Very good location. It is not easy to park but afterall we always managed.

I would suggest the owner to have indication of the nearest supermaket/bakery and bus/metro stops.

In the meantime, we have a folder with all the important information and directions (nearest supermarket, bakery, restaurants, drugstore, subway stations, bus stops, public transport pricing information, sightseeing tours, etc.) in the apartment. Please excuse that this was not available during your stay. We rent the apartment only since the end of January. The folder was still in progress at the time of your stay. As a rule, there is a parking lot, also in the adjacent streets are always free parking available. Regarding the parking situation is positive to mention that you can park both in the street of the apartment and in the side streets for free. Most of the parking spaces in Berlin are chargeable. Der Ordner war zum Zeitpunkt Ihres Aufenthaltes noch in Bearbeitung. In der Regel findet man einen Parkplatz, auch in den angrenzenden Straßen sind immer kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Bezüglich der Parksituation ist positiv zu erwähnen, dass man sowohl in der Straße der Wohnung als auch in den Nebenstraßen kostenlos parken kann. Meistens sind in Berlin die Parkplätze kostenpflichtig. Liebe Grüße
