Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Chic-fil-a, Waffle House, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at the corner of Mathew Blvd. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

This unit is a very nice place to stay. Roomy and unbelievable view. It's end of season so it's showing some wear. Really needs new bed pillows and new rugs. One elevator out during our stay made coming and going slow. But nice people running condo and beach is fabulous. Overall cleanliness is good but kitchen could have used a bit more attention. We would definitely come again because it's great location and nice place. A little fine tuning and it would be #1 favorite spot.
Have stayed in Breakers East for so many years. This update is the best ever. Love the change of layout and the high end materials.
The kitchen was super stocked with all types of cooking and baking needs and I LOVE that. Always the best view and beach.
I really like #1104! We will rent again. The condo was very spacious and well kept. The kitchen was fully equipped and loved the additional ice maker! Also covered parking is a plus. We have been going to Destin for years and this condo is one of my favorites. One negative, if I had small children, would be the balcony railing. It is very low, but all the rails for this condominium are the same.
The condo was very clean and well maintained.. The only problem was there was not enough sppons, anything else was great.
We stay at Breakers East every year and have stayed in different condos. They have all been clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The biggest perk here is the free chair set up and unlike other larger condos, every chair set here is right by the ocean and not in a line behind other chairs. We recommend Breakers to everyone! :)
We had a great time. Good parking, good view, all was very nice...so nice, that we are going again in four weeks. My only suggestion is to eliminate some of the artificial plants...they collect a bit of dust, and the condo is so nice they really aren't needed. All-in-all, we had a great time and highly recommend.
