About this property

From the very first minute, you will feel completely at ease in our little paradise in the middle of Reit im Winkl. A highlight is the location in the attic. The open roof structure together with the large panoramic window give the apartment that special flair. Traditional Bavarian furniture - handmade by a carpenter on site, wooden floors and a fully equipped country house kitchen round off the special demands of the apartment. From the large covered balcony, which is fully furnished, you have a wonderful view of the Unterberg and the Kaiser Mountains and can enjoy the sun to the fullest. You can take wonderful walks in the area directly from the house, and in winter there is a marked hiking trail directly behind our house. The entrance to the cross-country ski run is also just a 'capricorn jump' away.

The apartment is suitable for two adults with a small dog (max. 40 cm).

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr gute und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort. Zentrumsnah und doch sehr ruhig. Der Supermarkt nicht weit, und Wanderwege und Skibusstation direkt vor der Haustür. Uns und meinem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Ferienwohnung bestens weiterempfehlen.

Hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im alpinen Charme. Geniale Idee, das Bett aus dem Raum zu schieben mit wenigen Handgriffen. Qualität vom Bett - bester Schlafkomfort. Lage am Ortsrand mit Supermarkt um die Ecke, sowie Zugang zu vielen Premiumwanderwegen und zu Fuß schöne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants von Reit im Winkl zu erreichen.

Klein, aber fein!

Wunderschöne Einzimmerferienwohnung! Denkt man zuerst gar nicht, wenn man das Haus von außen sieht. Toll eingerichtet, alpenländisch aber nicht kitschig. Top Qualität bei Küche, Licht und sonstiger Technik. Für zwei Personen perfekt, auch mit dem Balkon. Das beste ist das Bett, aber einfach selbst überraschen lassen :-)
