Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale this luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has it all! The condo was fully renovated in October '09 with new granite countertops and custom cabinets(kitchen and baths), all new flooring, all new furniture including new beds and linens, etc.
The condo is furnished like a model home. The attention to detail demonstrates the owners' pride of ownership. There is a fully stocked kitchen as well as an apartment sized washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit. The living room is comfortably furnished and boasts a High Definition plasma TV (with full HD cable), DVD/CD player and stereo system. The unit also offers high speed wireless internet for your convenience.
The master bedroom is newly furnished with a pillow top king sized bed, high quality bed linens and a 24' LCD HD flat panel TV. The second bedroom has two new comfortable pillow top twin beds. Both bedrooms have large closets with lots of shelving and space for storage and their own private full bathrooms.
Four blocks away, the heart of Old Town Scottsdale boasts numerous restaurants, art galleries, fun shopping and pubs. Shopping at the famous Fashion Square Mall is a treat for all. We are within walking distance to the San Francisco Giants Spring Training Complex, and only a 15 minute drive from Phoenix Int'l Airport or 5 minutes to the Oakland A's Spring Training Complex and the Phoenix Zoo. The Civic Centre, Centre for the Performing Arts, and Scottsdale library are all within a few blocks of the condo.
You will never need your car as you can walk everywhere or take the free 'Ollie the Trolley' throughout the Old Town district of art galleries and dining. Over 50 beautiful golf courses are located in the Scottsdale area. It is also home of the 'Greatest Show on Grass', the yearly F.B.R. Open Golf Tournament (Phoenix Open).

My husband and I recently moved from our long time home in Calgary Alberta Canada to our new home on Vancouver Island Canada. We love the island but do long for the sunny days of Phoenix as the winter months roll in. Our Phoenix travels first took us to the Mesa area and just this year we found Old Town Scottsdale with all of it's wonderful amenities. We love the free Trolley bus that takes us from our beautiful condo into all the incredible art galleries, shops and restaurants that Old Town has to offer. This summer my husband and I travelled down to our condo and spent 6 weeks having it renovated and furnished. We love the result of having a brand 'new' condo located in an area of Scottsdale celebrated for its history and culture. We hope you love our home away from home as much as we do and enjoy all the Old Town has to offer.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We bought our condo because of it's amazing location. We are 5 minutes drive from the 101 and our condo development backs onto the Continental Golf Course. There is a 20 mile walking/biking path that meanders through beautiful ponds, baseball diamonds, and parks for picnicking are only steps from our doorway. Only three blocks in the other direction you will find the eclectic and fun filled Old Town area that will captivate you for hours, if not days with its numerous art galleries, trendy restaurants, pubs and shopping. Spending a day at the Fashion Square Mall is another favorite activity for visitors from all over the globe. When we were looking for a condo to buy, we searched all around Scottsdale but choose the Old Town area because of the unique character and ambience of the area.
We love the welcoming and comfortable plan of our condo, the comfortable beds, the luxurious furnishings and quiet location of our unit. We are located 12 steps away from one of the development's beautiful pools and BBQ areas and a short stroll to the incredible fitness facility that you are invited to use. Please view the Sunscape website as it will no doubt sell you on the area as well. We are positive you will enjoy our spotless condo with all its comforts of home. As you enter the front door you will understand the great pride of ownership my husband and I have for our condo. Very well equipped. Large pool, which was nicely heated for our 12/10-12/18 stay. Good view of pool from unit. Large clean unit with large dining room table. Overhead fans and lights on remotes. Wi fi had a few drops but overall decent. Good big TV. Can walk to old town but probably a mile or so, and did so several times. Would stay here again. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay very much.
We recently spent a week at the condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable - it was exactly as pictured and described. It is part of a large complex - but the location by the pool was very handy for morning sun (the pool gets busier as the day goes on). The location of the complex was excellent - it was nice walk to Old Town and we enjoyed a couple of the restaurants in the area. The condo was close to the airport and had excellent access to the freeways - so getting around was very easy. Wendy was great to deal with - she was very responsive right from our first inquiry through to return of our security deposit. She clearly cares about the quality of the condo and ensuring her guests have a great stay. We would definitely recommend this condo.
We fully enjoyed our week stay in this condo. It was easy and pleasant communicating with the owner for booking. The best feature for this condo is definitely its location. Sitting on the greenbelt with miles of walking/biking paths and an easy 10 minute walk mostly on path right into old Scottsdale is very appealing. For the activities we had planned (urban hiking, camelback and squaw peak, shopping, touring the universities, eating out at the amazing plenitude of outdoor patio seating…) This condo’s location couldn’t be beat.
The inside is very clean, comfortable, stocked with everything including pool towels, and tastefully decorated. The ceiling was higher than expected for a condo.
The pool was a giant hit with my teenage daughter, who spent every moment of her “down time” there! It is sparkling clean, perfect temperature and the lounge chairs are inviting and comfortable. The pictures accurately reflect the pool atmosphere.
The grounds around the complex are clean and kept up exceptionally well. A lot of flowering bougainvilleas, oleanders, palm trees and grass squares.
The neighbors are very quiet, never heard any noise at all from them or even down at the pool being so close, it never got very rowdy or noisy.
The only negative comment I have is although an optimal location, the street noise is bothersome for sleeping. The unit is very close to a 6-lane busy street which crosses with another busy street. The noise was hardly noticeable anytime just hanging out at the home, however, for sleeping, when all is quite, it was a bit much. After the 2nd night, I picked up some earplugs and was able to sleep better. I am not a particularly light sleeper, just not used to hearing street noise at night.
I recommend the owner invest in a couple of new Adirondack chairs and a small table for the balcony, which is a lovely place to sit.
Bottom line: Thumbs up! A great experience!
Favorite recommendations to share for inviting outside patio dining: the best overall experience was El Chorro, (for a special occasion) following would be Olive and Ivy, The Herb Box, Ritas at The Camelback for happy hour, Tommy Vs Urban Kitchen had excellent Italian but the patio seating was not as gorgeous as the others. My daughter and I really enjoyed driving up to the outdoor shopping malls Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons.
We enjoyed our stay. The owners were very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the bike/walking path that was close by.
This is our second stay in this condo and we intend to stay again. The unit was clean, well equipped, and in a great location within the complex. The clubhouse for Continental Golf Course is a five minute walk away and Old Town and miles of walking trails are easily accessible. We were able to communicate with the owner whenever anything came up while we were there and anytime throughout the year before our stay. The location overlooking the pool is ideal for both pool use and to access BBQ and picnic facilities.
As a result of others review of this property, we booked a week in this Old Town Condo in Scottsdale. The description was very accurate. It was extremely well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Furnishings were comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub area were a staircase away! Easy access to shopping and major routes were minutes away. Communication with the owner was immediate and any questions were quickly answered. Refund of damage deposit happened within a couple of days. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others.
Sunscape has wonderful amenities such as an incredible fitness facility and a 10 person movie theatre.
