About this property

A generously luxury holiday home, the Villa Lisdodde 4.
In the whole house is a nice yellow tiled floor.

The large living room and kitchen are on the 1st floor.
Very luxurious and tastefully furnished.
Through the many windows, this villa is wonderfully light.
The view is beautiful.

In the living room there are 2 sofa's and two cozy yellow armchairs.
A big LED TV, DVD. Internet: WLAN
You should feel comfortable.

A 6 person very comfortable sitting dinette.

The kitchen is quite well equipped with everything you need:

Ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, combi microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer, Sandwitschtoaster and Senseo.

Luxury crockery and cutlery. Bowls and pans in stock.

On the corridor you will find a guest toilet.

From the living room you come, through a sliding door, right on the one, or other terrace with plenty of garden furniture.
The view is wonderful!
At one time you will see the water entrance of the Marina Park and the old mill and the nature reserve "Workumerwaard". The other terrace to the south looks over the water and the park.
So you can enjoy the sun or shade though.

Do not forget your binoculars!

You can walk straight down from the one terrace above
via an outdoor staircase with flagpole.
You are allowed to bring your own flag.
Of course, the Dutch flag is available anyway.

Down the stairs you come to the very large terrace along the water.
Here you can lay down your sloop, which you may have rented, swimming, fishing, etc.
Solid bathing ladder present.

Dogs are welcome and do not charge extra.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

Each bedroom has a double bed.

Both bathrooms are very luxe.
One bathroom is adjacent to the large bedroom.
Here you will find 2 vanity, whirlpool, toilet and hair dryer.
The other bathroom in the hall has a vanity and a shower cabin.
Total in the house: 1 shower cabin, 1 whirlpool, 3 vanity and 3 toilets.

In the economic area are a washing machine and dryer.
Both free to use.
Also you will find here extra, a large refrigerator / freezer.

3 own parking spaces at the villa.
3 terraces: 2 at the top, one at the bottom of the water.
Grill (charcoal) at the house.

When you arrive the villa is clean and your beds are made.

Prachtige aan water gelegen villa

Het huis was zeer ruim, licht, keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken en waanzinnig mooi uitzicht. Tuin loopt over in de brede stijger waar je je boot kunt afmeren en je zo wegvaart naar het IJsselmeer of Workum in. Dit is echt vakantie!

schitterend verblijf

Mooi huis, netheid bij aankomst 10 op 10. Alles was ter plaatse . Vriendelijk ontvangen en uitleg over alles. Zeer rustige omgeving. Mooie en goede ligging. Aan het meer op wandelafstand en aan de haven gelegen. Dorp 2 min. met de auto. Vele dorpjes bezocht in de omgeving.

Sehr schön

Friesland ist sehr gut für Wassersportler und Radler. Es gibt auch Golfplätze. Restaurants findet man überall, das Essen ist gut. Fish and Chips und natürlich Kipeling muss man probieren.sehr schön auch das Iselmeer.

Urlaub am Ijsselmeer

Das Haus ( und sicher keine Luxus Villa) ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Bäder sind einfachster Standard, und das gesamte Haus ist für die Vermietung im Winter nicht geeignet. Die Leistung der Heizung/ Isolierung des Hauses passen nicht! Die untere Etage war feucht und kalt, das Wasser lief die Fensterscheiben runter. Wenn man gerne kocht, ist der Backofen/ Mikrowelle eine Herausforderung! Die Beleuchtung im gesamten Haus war zu schwach! Die Mülltrennung ( Restmüll, Altglas/ Papier) war eine Herausforderung, weil es natürlich nur eine Tonne gibt, und man improvisieren muss. Plastikmüll wird leider nicht getrennt, es entstehen also bei 6 Personen Unmengen an Müll. Das Haus war sauber!!

Spätsommer am Ijsselmeer

Fantastisches Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Lage direkt an Workums Kanälen. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber mit viel Platz. Auch unsere Hunde waren willkommen. Kleiner Jachthafen und IJsselmeer sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir waren zu viert mit 3 Hunden für eine Woche da, hatten Ende September gutes Wetter und haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. In der näheren Umgebung finden sich einige typisch friesische Städtchen, richtig schöne Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
