Nice, brightful and modern apartment in the 3rd Floor with elevator perfect to reach. Best location in Alghero, 10 minutes walk. in the old town, 5 min. to the beach and still quiet in the evening. The apartment is newly renovated and has a completely new and high-quality interior, which was completed this year. From the large balcony, which covers 25 square meters, one has a relaxed sea view and enough space to enjoy life outside. The building itself is only 5 years old.

Through my professional career, I have gotten the opportunity to meet many beautiful places in the world. Through an Italian friend, we were lucky to get to know Alghero and immediately we loved this place. We knew right away that we would directly feel at home in this great vicinity, with unique cuisine, great wines, beautiful beaches and a beautiful historic old town. So in 2017 we decided to buy a holiday apartment in Alghero. We are sure that you will love the country and its people and this extraordinary place.
