Fully equipped kitchen with microwave/convection oven refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans and all utensils. Beach towels. Linens and iron/ironing board included. About Alex Steuben

Hello, I am a printing sales professional and purchased a few of these studios on the beach as a second business for I and my wife. As retirement nears this seemed as a nice way to stay busy and keep the mind working. I really enjoy it now and look forward towards doing it full time.

The studios we own are all in the same building called The Casablanca. A 60 year old Historical Art Deco Hotel that as a board member I was proud to renovate and restore to its Glamour.

The building itself is dated, but this unit is clean & comfortable. The property is right on the beach with a nice pool. Miami Beach & the city were easy to navigate, so this was an affordable way to visit this iconic destination. It lived up to all of our expectations.

Muy buena ubicación y excelente vista al mar

El piso está muy bien para ir en pareja y dos chicos.

Tiene muy buenas instalaciones de cocina como para poder cocinar sin tener que salir siempre a cenar afuera.

El edificio en general está bieny se nota que lo están reciclando.

El departamento está totalmente reciclado.

Lo más destacable es la vista abierta a la playa y la pileta.

El propietario cumplió 100% todo lo acordado y fue muy amable.

Recomiendo esta opción en Miami.

Beachfront Convenience

We ran away to the beach for a couple days and this was a great location to enjoy the beach and lots of eating, drinking and walking. Plenty of restaurants and stores are a short walk away. The convenience store was right across the street - very convenient!

Booking was easy. The place we stayed at was compact but clean. We missed having a balcony to enjoy some of the ocean views.

Major problem with AC

The A/C made a loud bang every 5 to 7 mins and was impossible to sleep. I contacted the manager on multiple occasions and was ignored. I do not recommend this place.

Owner's Response: Hello I am so sorry about the problem you encountered And it was not fixed. Especially when it is a slight valve adjustment that takes a second. If you read the sixty other reviews you will quickly see I respond right away and try to take care of everything on a timely basis But unfortunately you did not contact me Alex Steuben the owner and I do not have a manager working for me. There is a hotel operation in the building but they have nothing to do with Condo rentals. Trust me I would not have ignored your issue had I known
