Casa S'Olivera is located in a quiet residential area of ​​the seaside resort of Badia Blava. With partly stunning sea views over the bay of Palma and west to breathtaking sunsets, this house offers an ideal location between the island's capital and the beautiful beaches of the south.

The house is detached on a large plot and is therefore surrounded by several terraces that donate sun or shade depending on the time of day. By car, you can park your car at the side of the house and practically enter it with shopping through the newly designed and fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can reach the hall through the spacious living room, where an elegant dining area is located. The television here receives German satellite TV, there is an Internet connection and in this room a fireplace for the transitional months. From the living area leads into a separate and rustic outdoor kitchen with an installed gas grill. A fully covered and wide terrace with additional dining area leads to the lovingly maintained garden with Mediterranean trees and plants and the elevated private pool. The direct pool area is surrounded by a fence as a child safety lock.

Back in the house are on the entrance floor two of the three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and wardrobes. Opposite is a bathroom with shower bath. The staircase leads to the upper floor, where the third bedroom, furnished with two Majorcan single beds, and the second bathroom (en-suite) with shower bath and bidet are located. An exit leads to a smaller, side-facing terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the bay of Palma.

The location of the house is suitable for a quiet holiday with long walks along the spectacular coastline with swimming, as well as for trips to the quiet expanses of the south with beautiful sandy beaches or in the bustle of the nearby capital Palma with many nightlife options. Only 15 kilometers away, Llucmajor also has all the major supermarkets and plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes.

The two villages Badia Blava and Badia Gran belong to the municipality of Llucmajor and are located between the Playa de Palma and Cap Blanc. Despite cliffs you can always find access to the sea and can swim and snorkel. The elevated location offers a wonderful view of the turquoise sea and the bay of Palma.

Badia Blava is only 15 kilometers from the village of Llucmajor, where you will find all the major supermarkets and shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Palma is also within a few minutes easy to reach by car.

The municipality of Llucmajor is the largest of the island in terms of area and has a total of 15 beaches. The 35 kilometers of the south and east coast of the municipality of Llucmajor are characterized by a harsh landscape, with typical vegetation and torrents that sporadically lead water.The cliff was also used for the mining of marès (sandstone in golden or reddish tones), including the construction of the Cathedral of Palma.The cultural richness of the area will be appreciated by visiting, among others, Talaiot de Son Noguera, the Talayotsiedlung Capocorb Vell, the church of Sant Miquel, the Convent of Sant Bonaventura, the Torre d'Estalella or the Santuari de la Nostra Senyora de Gràcia.
