Renovierung dringend notwendig

Mit freundiger Erwartung in der Ferienwohnung angekommen, wurde aufgrund des ersten Eindrucks meine Freude gemindert. Das gesamte Interieur und die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und machen nicht mehr den besten bzw. wohnlichen Eindruck. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Die elektronischen Geräte, wie der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine waren in einem sehr desolaten Zustand, da sie beide während der Inbetriebnahme Wasser verloren und dies stellte für mich eine große Gefahr dar, zumal diese auch keiner heutigen Sicherheitsbestimmungen entsprechen. Das von Ihnen beschrieben Kinderzimmer muss dringend überarbeitet werden, zumal der kleine Schrank fast auseinander fiel. Das Badezimmer fiel mir besonders negativ auf, da die Dusche zum einem nicht adäquat einzustellen ging und die Kinder nur mit Hilfe duschen konnten. Die Toilette musste ständig nach gedrückt werden, sonst lief das Wasser unaufhörlich! Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde bereits der Zustand der Wohnung stark renovierungsbedürftig beschrieben und speziell die WC Spülung angemerkt und meiner Mutter so mitgeteilt, somit stellt sich mir die Frage, warum sich hier zum Einem nichts verändert und der Zustand verbessert wird. Und zum anderen erwarte ich als Gast dieser Ferienvermietung, dass sie mir preislich entgegen kommen, da ich wirklich enttäuscht bin. Ruhige Ferienwohnung in Ostseenähe

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung ist prima und bietet alles Wichtige für eine schöne Urlaubswoche. Es ist schön ruhig und man ist sehr nah am Strand. Die Geschäfte sind etwas weiter entfernt, aber mit dem Auto in einigen Minuten gut zu erreichen.

Lage: Sehr gute und ruhige Lage, kurzer fußläufiger Weg zum Strand, sehr schöne Natur, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, also angenehmes , erholsames Umfeld, für Badeurlaub bestens geeignet. Die Wohnung: gute Größe und Aufteilung, Bad/Toilette mit Fenster ist sehr angenehm. Vorhandene Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sehr hilfreich . Küche: Einrichtung könnte teilweise mal aktualisiert werden. Sclafzimmer: Bettdecken, Kissen und Molton waren in einem sehr gebrauchten Zustand. 1. Urlaubstag war Waschtag, also Kissen und Molton wurden von uns zuerst einmal gewaschen. Bettdecken wurden weder genutzt noch gewaschen. Hinweis: es wäre hilfreich in der Objektbeschreibung auf das nicht vorhandene W-LAN hinzuweisen.

Erholung pur

Wir haben eine Woche im Mai dort verbracht und es sehr genossen. Es war sehr sehr ruhig und friedlich, nah am Meer und auch nah genug an anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben jeden Tag etwas schönes unternommen. Besonders toll ist auch der nahegelegene Naturstrand. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im alltäglichen Leben braucht. Vielleicht wäre es als Zusatz für die Zukunft gut, WLAN anzubieten.

Super Lage, Ausstattung OK

Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief gut, Anreise nach Ladenschluss wurde ohne Extra-Zahlung ermöglich (Staubedingt). Erste Mieter nach COVID-Pause, leider roch die Bude sehr stark nach Urin (vermutlich hatte sich ein Marder oä irgendwo im Zwischendach eingenistet). Leidr wurde das nicht vorher bemerkt und behoben. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt super, die Austattung ist einfach aber für den Preis ok. Ruhige Lage da abgeschieden vom Dorf und nur 5 Min zum strand zu Fuß - top!
