After 1891 the industrialist Mr. August Thyssen (Thyssen & Cie.) His rights to the "healing wells Toennisstein THYSSEN & Co." with Mr. Dr. med. Carl Kerstiens married, Dr. C. Kerstiens in the same year and began with the construction of today's house near the source. The villa was opened in 1900 and served as the company's office.

On the ground floor there is a public lobby with an open stairwell, a gentleman's room and a concert / event room. Your own apartment with about 150m2 is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen with a balcony and a magnificent view of the Rhine promenade, as well as the mountains (hiking trails: Jakobsweg / Rheinsteig). The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc., a washing machine is also available. The use of the event rooms is after consultation.
There are also other lockable single rooms in the house, which can provide comfortable accommodation for up to 20 people.
Nocturnal rest in the park from 22 o'clock, no music outside to play.
Events with musical accompaniment are welcome. It is important that the cultural evenings do not disturb the neighborhood from 22 o'clock!
