New, high quality and stylishly furnished apartment, with 2 bedrooms only 50 meters from the beautiful Bodensee beach, the families, couples traveling together or small groups in the summer offers plenty of space for activities and attracts those seeking peace in autumn and winter.

Dear guests: Here you will find important information regarding the Landesgartenschaugelände in front of our apartment!
In the period from 2016 to 2020 the new Westpark of the Landesgartenschau 2020 will be built in Überlingen.
For this purpose, in the Überlinger Uferbereich West, in front of our apartment, extensive work is done to redesign this area.
This creates an attractive public park with free access to the lake but unfortunately also one or the other annoyance by the concomitant accompaniment for you as our guests.
