You absolutely cannot beat the location! The quiet end of Main Street, downtown Breckenridge! Right across the street from the gondola. Be at the base of Peaks 7 or 8 in less than 10 minutes from the condo! The bus depot is also right across the street, next to the gondola, and has shuttles to all the Breckenridge mountain bases as well as buses to Keystone, A-Basin, Copper and the nearby towns of Frisco and Silverthorne.

This location is so much better than ski in/ski out and the perfect place for summer mountain biking and hiking too! Being only 40 odd yards from the Gondola AND in downtown Breckenridge, you absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to restaurants, bars, shops, etc.! You're right next to The Cantina restaurant and across the street from the 'Blue River Bistro' and 'Daylight Donuts' restaurants.

Although the complex has no amenities the Breckenridge Recreation Center is within walking distance. It is a state of the art recreation center with hot tubs, a pool, tennis courts, weights, etc.

The unit has hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless/black appliances, new bathroom fixtures, 32-inch LCD Television, electric fireplace, queen-size sofa sleeper with new 6' memory foam mattress, queen-size bed in the bedroom with pillow top mattress, and a separate dinning area. Unit will sleep four comfortably!

Why Jennifer chose Breckenridge

It's such an awesome location. We've stayed where we can ski-in/ski-out but then it's a cold walk to town and back. Here it's only a few steps to the gondola (which makes it almost ski-in/out) AND it's only 1-2 blocks to all the restaurants and shops. No more running to get back because we're freezing! It's also an easy drive up to Vail, Keystone, or Copper if we want to ski there a day or two. In summer we love to wander to the nearby hiking trails, museums, and arts district or jump on the bike trail to Frisco just across the street.

Very clean and comfortable and great to be on Main Street in Breckenridge

We enjoyed our stay. For summertime, there is no outside deck, but there are picnic tables on the property and a park nearby for outdoor meals. The location was wonderful, the town is charming. The nearby hiking was fabulous. We were very happy with the accommodations.

Excellent Location

Very nice Condo just a block away from the Gondola. Besides everything you'd expect in a condo, the pantry was filled with things like coffee, hot chocolate, condiments etc. Great when you're only there for 3-4 days and don't have to buy a whole can of coffee, bottle of ketchup or Mustard, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Main Street Breckenridge Ski Condo

First trip to Breckenridge

This was our first trip to Breckenridge so we were unfamiliar with the town and slopes. The location of this condo was amazing--right across the street from the gondola which took us to Peaks 7 or 8 (I recommend taking a few laps on Peak 7 first thing in the morning--was our favorite for blue groomers). We had a rental car but didn't use it at all during our trip to get around town. The condo itself has everything you need, assuming you don't have a large group. The size was fine for two of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning, and the master bed and pullout were comfortable. The TV/cable were a bit dated, but we spent most of our time outside of the unit anyway.

Aside from the proximity to skiing/snowboarding, the condo is within walking distance of all of Breckenridge's awesome restaurants and shops. Our favorite was the Canteen (which happens to be right next door). The unit is also within walking distance of several shops/rental locations. We were able to get our snowboards tuned and waxed the first day right across the street at Carvers.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this unit for small groups who are looking for easy access to first chair every morning.

Great location, well stocked, clean, cozy & comfortable!

The location of this condo & the amenities are great. If I decide to go back next year for a long term stay this would be my FIRST choice! Across from the gondola and easy walk to everything one could need. Landlord is wonderful to work with. My daughter & son-in-law who have a little one and have lived in Breckinridge, dropped me off and loved it too saying they will stay there when they return to Breckinridge!

Thanks for making the end of my awesome vacation so comfortable!
