No smoking apartment. Resident landlady lifes in the house. For Christmas/New Year we rent out the apartment only for minimum 10 days. 
INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, kitchen and bath linen. Linen change weekly, parking. EXCLUSIVE: phone taxes, parking covered CHF 3.--/day (winter CHF 5.--/day) and garage CHF 5.--/day (winter CHF 10.--/day).
