Ingas Stuga is located in Svenstorp, a district of Västra Torup, between Perstorp and Hässleholm in Skåne, in the south of Sweden. The house is situated on the edge of a forest and in the neighborhood of several ponds on a hill in a quiet environment.
Geo coordinates: 56. 130678N, 13. 481421E.
Svenstorp is situated on the edge of a lake landscape, which invites you to walk, swim and fish (for a fee). The nearest bathing establishment is only 1.5 km from the house. The sea is not far either. It is only about 50 km to the popular beaches in Åhus on the Baltic Sea or in Ängelholm on the North Sea.
On the 2000sqm nature plot there are green areas, old trees, a fire place, a terrace at the pond, a terrace at the house with a wonderful view of the forest and occasionally a direct encounter with its inhabitants.
In the ponds, which belong to our neighbors, fishing is not permitted!
The approximately 80sqm house is very well equipped. The living room has an exit over the terrace to the garden and is equipped with satellite TV and stereo. A fireplace stove provides warmth on cold evenings.
There are three bedrooms. One with a large double bed (200x180 cm), one with two single beds (200x80cm each) and one with a sleeping sofa (200x160cm).
The bathroom was completely renovated in 2012 with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. The tumble dryer is located in the basement, which can be reached via an external entrance.
The kitchen has been renovated in 2015 and offers a fridge / freezer combination, a ceramic hob with 4 plates, a sink and a dishwasher, microwave and small oven, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, etc., as well as crockery and cutlery for our guests. There is also a dining area for 4 people.
The house is a non-smoking house. A car parking space is located directly at the house.
The house and the grounds are not handicapped accessible.
Please leave the house - as usual in Sweden - clean and tidy. Therefore, there are no extra costs for the final cleaning.
