About the property

just a few kilometers from the world famous Caminito del Rey.

The apartment is located about 45 kilometers northwest of the provincial capital of Málaga and is surrounded by olive, orange, lemon and almond trees. It is located on a mountain top in the north of the valley of Guadalhorce. You have a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains and here you can enjoy peace and privacy, just with the sounds of nature like music in the background.

The apartment has 144 m² with capacity up to six people. It is located on the ground floor and thus forms a closed unit for the guest. Their hosts live on the upper floor. They try to take care of the well-being of the guests, as well as to devote themselves to the care of the holiday resort.

Your holiday domicile consists of three bedrooms (two double + one room with two single beds), each equipped with air conditioning with cold and warm function in the beds. The living room is equipped with a satellite TV, a pellet stove and a sofa. In addition, the two bathrooms (one bathroom with bath, second bathroom with shower) complement the facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped & a. with dishes, cutlery, gas cooker, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and microwave. The apartment also has Wi-Fi.

In the outdoor area you will find your private pool with chlorine (9m x 4.5m) for your own use. The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun umbrellas and sunbathing areas. Where you can relax wonderfully with friends and family during the day and lively the evening. Of course, there is also a barbecue, as well as a car park for three cars.

The village center in Álora with restaurants and supermarkets is about 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The distance to Malaga Airport is about 52 km. Moreover, the town center of Álora is about 15 km from the dam of El Chorro and 10 km from the ruins of Bobastro. The capital of Málaga and the Costa del Sol is 45 km away. In 174 km is Seville, in 135 km Granada and in 170 km Cordoba. Antequera is 30 km, Ronda 70 km and Marbella 55 km away.
