Completed in 2018, Holiday House Baltic Cube, with individually furnished apartments, is located just 500 meters from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. For excursions in the area and many recreational activities, the holiday property in the Seestraße is the perfect starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retire and find peace and relaxation. The apartments include a parking space and a bicycle storage room directly in front of the house.

The apartment has a living / dining area with integrated kitchen line incl. (Size = 180 cm x 200 cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (size per bed = 100 cm x 200 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishwasher and extractor fan. In the living area and in the bedroom with the two single beds flat screen TVs are installed. Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung hatte für 4 Personen die richtige Größe und Ausstattung. Die Nähe zum Strand war perfekt und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung wirkte leider an einigen Stellen doch recht "abgewohnt". Könnte man bestimmt beheben, wenn man nicht nur die Rendite solcher Objekte sehen würde. Beim Check - in wurden wir auf die Endreiniung hingewiesen, ebenso wie die Meldung von Mängeln... das wirkte recht mechanisch und leider wenig herzlich. Leider kam uns die Ferienwohnung dann bei Bezug nur oberflächlich sauber vor. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und die Wohnung war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen entlang der Ostseeküste.

Wohnung von der Größe und Ausstattung super. Eine Dinge könnten erneuert werden, durch vielen Gebrauch sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen.
