Great location
Clean bright property in fantastic location overlooking the sea. Well equipped in general. It's on the third floor so you get some (well needed) exercise climbing the stairs! Only slight downside is music from neighbouring hotels but was not a problem for us!

Home from home!
This is a beautiful apartment. Only rented by myself and my husband purely for the location as we really didn’t need 3 bedrooms. The apartment is very sizeable and very well equipped and modern with items which are brand new and I believe, recently refurbished. The main bedroom is large with the patio door overlooking the front of the property with plenty of storage and a safe which fits purse, wallet, passports etc... The other two bedrooms are of good equal size and both have plenty of storage space. The photos on this site are a true representation of the apartment.
The location is perfect. You can lay in bed and listen to the sea. The large terrace with a good sea view is ideal for that odd moment when it rains but you can still sit and watch the world go by and a lovely place to have dinner if you decide to stay in. Restaurants are only a few minutes walk from the apartment too. There is also the terrace from bedroom 2 and a small terrace off the kitchen for drying clothes etc.
It’s pretty much a home from home.
Booking and paying was very easy and the owner responded to my emails usually within just a few hours.

Wunderbar
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Lage einfach wunderbar. Der Blick vom Balkon und dem Masterschlafzimmer traumhaft. Auch bei Regen bietet der Balkon durch seine Überdachung den perfekten Schutz und kann somit immer genutzt werden.
Was man allerdings wissen muss, wenn man in der Nachsaison anreist, dass sämtliche Bauarbeiten im Ort in Angriff genommen werden. Hinterm Haus, ein Schlafzimmer hatte diese Ausrichtung, wurde ein Hotel abgerissen, eine Straße weiter war eine Appartmentanlage im Bau. Also ab acht Uhr morgens war die Ruhe zu ende. Da wir sowieso Frühaufsteher sind war dies kein besonderes Problem. Der Blick auf das Meer und Strandnähe haben dafür entschädigt.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und Canyamel ist ansonsten ein sehr ruhiger Ort.

Da sie aber Ihren Urlaub in den November verschoben haben, und nicht angetreten haben wie zuerst gebucht, können auch schon mal Bauarbeiten auftreten, das ist korrekt. In der normalen Saison gibt es jedoch keinen Baulärm.

Location
Please note that out of season (November to February) the shops and almost all restaurants in the village are closed. In the nearby towns of Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada, however, there are also plenty of options out of season. A rental car is then highly recommended.
Hospital in Manacor about 20-25 minutes by car. 4 golf courses in the area.
