This lovely unit overlooking scenic Wailua Bay is the perfect getaway. The beach is just steps away across the beautifully landscaped vast lawn. Children can wade in the sheltered lagoon or play in the swimming pool. Adults will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere by breakfasting on the lanai and watching the ocean, exotic birds, beautifully landscaped grounds or relaxing with a glass of wine at sunset.
There are also countless activities on site or nearby, from playing tennis at our very own lighted court, to snorkeling, surfing, fishing, hiking or golfing at one of the nearby courses.

We fell in love with this location. It is the best condo location on the East side of the island. 10 min drive from the Lihue Airport, and 5 minutes from grocery stores. Great restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Located halfway between the South and North shores, it is the ideal place to begin day trips to all the great sights on the island. The complex features a huge open space so kids can play on wonderfully manicured lawns, a beautiful beach, a protected baby beach and a newly refinished pool. Also, the grounds are sheltered from the strong trade winds. For surfers, there is a nice reef break located in front of the unit that breaks consistently year round from the trade wind swells, yet is partially sheltered from the wind.
Our family of four has been enjoying vacations here since 2005 and we have lots of wonderful memories of adventures with our children and extended family. Can't wait to go back!
This top floor unit stays cool because it is exposed to the ocean breeze and has higher ceilings than the lower floors. The ocean view is STUNNING! One of my favorite things to do: while enjoying a glass of wine at the Lanai you can listen to the relaxing sounds of the ocean and the palm fronds swaying in the breeze, the numerous singing birds, and watch the occasional monk seal taking a nap on the beach. Very relaxing!
It was a wonderful stay. I came here for the first time (3rd time in Hawaii) with my wife, mom and mom in law.
The Island is just impeccable, indescribably beautiful, glamorous and everything yummy :)

This condo is located in a scenic place surrounded by so many attractions, we, in particular, loved the Kokee National Park in Waimea Cannyon, which was an endless discovery of mother nature!

Amongst them all, the best thing in our journey was to choose your condo for our trip ti this Island.

Our family of 5 (kids 10, 6, 4) had a wonderful time at Lae Nani, and the condo (431) was very nice and a good value. It was very quiet and peaceful on the third floor, with a beautiful view. We didn't have any issues when we were there and so there was no need to communicate on-site. The pre-vacation communication with owner (Claudia) and broker (ReMax) was excellent. Lae Nani is a great spot for young families and is a convenient location for trips to the north and south of Kauai. We were there with two other couples who stayed in different condos at Lae Nani with young kids (ages 5-12). The pool and communal BBQs were great. There is a great ocean front bar/pub next door called Lava Lava. There is also a farmers market a few hundred feet away where we bought most of our fruits and veggies. The ocean had good snorkelling and a private cove that was safe for the little kids. The other guests were very friendly, and 431 had everything we needed. The group of kids spent a lot of time running around the large and safe grounds. Our group was a bit louder than most but no one seemed to be upset. Everyone was in bed early which probably helped. We would not hesitate to come back to 431 & Lae Nani.
First off the owner was fantastic and was readily available for any questions we may have had, even sent us a fun itinerary with day to day things to do. The condo was in the perfect spot to view the ocean from the patio and the mountains from the bedrooms. There is a rocked off area of the ocean that kids can play in and there are even colorful fish swimming in it from time to time. The road noise was barely heard but was noticed on the weekends, no big deal. The beach is literally in your back yard and the condo has many beach toys and boards for you to use. There is an ABC shop and awesome Italian restaurant a short walk away. The main town of Kapaa is about 4 minutes drive so you are located very close to fun shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again.
We loved the location and the grounds are beautiful. Claudia the owner was great to work with when we discovered the garbage disposal was broken and water was under the sink. We called ReMax and they were not quick in response to our phone calls so we ended up calling Claudia.

The accommodation was perfectly situated and exactly as advertised. The view was amazing and the property is clean and well kept. We were able to easily travel to any location on the island. The owner, Claudia, was always available to try to resolve any issues we had. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars are a few minor issues. The cable did not work for more than half of our stay. The roofing being done on the complex resulted in quite early wake up calls by the roofers themselves. Lastly we were given notice that we should leave the unit from 8am to 11am one morning as the exterminator was doing routine spraying. None of these issues would prevent us from staying at this unit again. Claudia was always very pleasant to deal with.
Everything about this stay was great. The unit is very conveniently located. Not far from airport, but a close enough drive to the Northshore and Poipu. The landscaping of the grounds was unbelievable. The unit itself has everything that one could need. Note: there is not any A/C. You really need to leave the windows open for the winds which will cool the place down. The kitchen had everything. It was easy, convenient and well maintained. The owner, Claudia, was great to deal with. I had a small issue in the beginning, but she was rapid in taking care of it, and that is the hallmark of a great rental. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit and I will stay here next time on Kauai. Thank you Claudia!
We enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the quiet and peaceful location. The unit was well equipped and convenient to grocery stores.
Even though no AC, the breeze through the unit with the windows open was very good.
The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintained.
We also liked that the property was well located for sightseeing the different areas of the island.
Walking distance to the quaint town of Kapaa, shopping and great restaurants. Lighted Tennis court on grounds. Gated heated pool. Beautiful oceanfront walking/biking path along property.
