The house is an old fisherman's house (Skånelänga), built around 1920, which has been lovingly renovated in recent years.
It is situated in a small village (Balkåkra) only 3 km from the sea and sandy beach. There are also several lakes in the vicinity. 6 km away is the small town of Ystad (Commissioner Kurt Wallander's home) and the larger towns of Lund and Malmö are about 60 km away. Also Copenhagen is easy to reach from there. Nearby are Kåseberga with Ale Stenar, Stenshuvud with Rörums beach and Sandhammaren, the beach with the finest and whitest sand in Sweden.
The house has about 130 sqm. On the ground floor is kitchen, bathroom, living-dining room and parents' bedroom (double bed).
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms: 1 children's bedroom (2 separate beds) and 1 guest room (one large bed, 130 cm wide), TV and study, 1 small shower / bath with WC.
The house has a beautiful, protected garden. It is fully equipped, in addition trampoline and 2 bicycles for adults and 2 children's bicycles.
Bed linen and towels are to be brought by the tenant.
Electricity / heating costs are calculated according to individual consumption.
