Vacation house in a beautiful country position in the middle of fields and olive groves, not far from the art and cultural city of Spoleto. The house extends over 2 floors (mezzanine and 1st floor) and is surrounded by a large, fully fenced natural plot. Here even up to 3 pets are welcome. Equipped outdoor area with barbecue for outdoor dining, badminton in the garden. Three mountain bikes are available upon request and payment. The surrounding area offers several trekking and biking routes. The owner of the house can organize on request and for a fee guided tours and sports activities such as canoeing on the river Clitunno (5 km), rafting (also for beginners) on the river Nera (20 km) and fishing at a private lake (5 km). Distances: 8 km Spoleto, 32 km Spello, 36 km Terni, 39 km the spectacular Marmore waterfalls, 43 km Norcia, 44 km Assisi, 49 km Narni, 50 km Todi, 60 km Perugia, 80 km the Trasimeno Lake, 100 km the Bolsena Lake. The house has two solar panels for the production of hot water. The cellar is not accessible (stairs to the cellar is locked). Inside the property there are beehives for honey production, located in a fenced area that is not accessible.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to three pets are allowed.

Soggiorno piacevole

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni ed eravamo in 3 persone. Manca qualche attrezzo da cucina, fondamentale, quale uno scolapasta, qualche ciotola per insalate, ed altri comuni attrezzi da cucina, sempre se si vuole cucinare in casa. Per il resto tutto bene anche se il costo del metano è un po' caro; abbiamo pescato una settimana un po' piovosa e ci siamo beccati il raffreddore, quindi abbiamo usato il riscaldamento e alla fine... il prezzo da pagare è stato alto. Il posto comunque è tranquillo e a pochi km dalle più suggestive città dell'umbria; Spoleto è a 15 minuti, Foligno, Spello a mezzora, Perugia a 45 minuti circa.
