This beautiful newly built villa is situated in the quiet Bunyola between Palma and Soller, which can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A perfect starting point at the foot of the Tramuntana for the ascent to Soller for all cyclists, hikers, nature lovers and quiet visitors. The 400 m2 Villa Sa Gubia is situated on a private property of 8000 m2 surrounded by the impressive Tramuntana mountains. The Sa Gubia riding school is also located on the property, which offers a bilingual campus (English and Spanish) with riding lessons for children in summer. In the nearby boutique hotel S'Alqueria Blanca you have the opportunity to eat in an old mansion in a fantastic garden area (Tuesdays and Thursdays typical mallorquin). If you travel with a larger group and need additional rooms, they can be reserved in combination. The golf course of Son Termens is only 7 km away. Lonely Tramuntana ravines are about 30 km away. Also to the island capital Palma it is only a good 20 km.

You will feel at home! This tasteful modern and with a lot of style furnished Villa Sa Gubia offers the utmost luxury and comfort in a unique environment. It has a total of two floors. Coming through the large light-flooded hallway you enter the open-plan living area. There is a cozy sofa corner with satellite TV, a fireplace and two sitting groups, where you can enjoy your freshly prepared dishes in a family atmosphere. The fully equipped modern and generous kitchen with cooking island and bar stools invite to common cooking havens. In addition, the lower floor of one of the four bedrooms, as well as a bathroom, washer and dryer. Through the light-flooded hallway you reach the upper floor via a staircase. There are three additional double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a round balcony with a wonderful view of the garden and the mountains. On request, baby cot and high chair can be provided. In the whole villa there is central heating, air conditioning and W-LAN. Towels and linens are also provided.

The garden is a real dream! From the comfortable seating areas on the terrace, you have a nice view of the large pool and the entire garden area and surrounding area. A cultivated lawn as well as lush Mediterranean vegetation round off the overall picture. On the sun beds you can have a good book once really let your mind go. On particularly hot days the umbrella gives you enough shade or the roofed terrace around the house. At the outdoor table you can end the day with the family or friends at the barbecue. Then relax in the chill-out corner on one of the comfortable garden sofas while enjoying a cocktail and enjoy the peace and quiet. The highlight of this villa is the great architecture, the brightness and the unique surroundings. There is also a table tennis table in the garden. This is how young and old get their money's worth.

In the surroundings of Villa Sa Gubia everything is in the immediate vicinity. Whether you want to enjoy water sports, golf, hiking, cycling, horseback riding etc. or enjoy the unforgettable ambience of the Tramuntana Mountains. Not far away you will find numerous beautiful bays. Thus, a stay in the Villa Sa Gubia is also excellent in the spring, autumn or even in the winter months, when Mallorca is not yet so overflowed

Modern huis op locatie dichtbij Palma en de bergen.

Fantastische tuin met vele bloemen en planten en een mooi zwembad.

Konden eerder in het huis en een late check-out was ook geen probleem. Super service!
