The Dampland holiday homes are located next to the 3,5 km long sandy, sloping beach on the Baltic Sea town of Damp.
Here where the villages have names like Rieseby, Krieseby and Sieseby, you can relax far away from everyday life and really enjoy life. The team from the ostsee resort is looking forward to you and to make your time at the sea an unforgettable experience.

The holiday homes all come with a terrace, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.

Wellness 
From now on, our guests will enjoy relaxing and relaxing moments in our sauna area in Mare Mara. Together with our brine grotto, all eight thematically different saunas are again available.
Due to maintenance work, our open pool will be closed from 15.01.-28.01.2024.
Park
In addition to the free large car park at the entrance to the town, there are paid parking spaces directly in the center. This parking space management is carried out digitally via camera-based parking space monitoring. When entering and exiting, the respective license plate is captured with a camera. The data is irrevocably deleted after leaving the system.
The parking lot is available for one hour free of charge for check-in. For holiday home guests there is still a free parking space near the booked holiday home.

The newly renovated detached holiday house  is ideal for 1-6 persons, about 65-85 square meters, on two levels with nice terrace and with a combined living room on the ground floor and two further bedrooms on the upper floor. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds. Shower room, Flatscreen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery) .

The mile-long sandy beach of the Dampland invites young and old to enjoy the sand, to build sand castles, splashing or playing. On the beach and the surrounding terrain athletic challenges (such as beach volleyball, beach soccer or tennis and lots of fun are waiting for you and your children and if you simply want to enjoy the view of the sea just sit down and relax.

Even in rainy weather the child-friendly Dampland vacation home offers lots of recreational activities.

Adventure for kids, break for parents: In your Dampland KidsClub children can expect a true paradise. When booking a holiday home, entry into the leisure and adventure world can be enjoyed at a low house guest rate (50% refund).

Whether daily children's entertainment for children aged 1 to 12 years in the KidsClub or the single daily use of the Indoor Spaßpark Funhalla  all can be enjoyed at a low house guest rate (50% refund). Playing with peers, climbing on the climbing wall, skating on the skate park with adventure warranty or basketball is certainly the fun factor even on rainy days!

The maintenance work is completed and we are very pleased to inform you in these turbulent times that our swimming pool will reopen on time on 24.01.2023.


Important Notice:
Important note about our leisure and adventure world:

The gigantic storm from October 2023 caused damage in our Dampland. In order to ensure the greatest possible safety, we have to reduce the capacity limit in both the discovery pool and the Funhalla indoor fun park. This may lead to restrictions on the use of the leisure facilities.
*Please be aware that guests accept this circumstance when booking, exempting us from complaints and claims for recourse regarding the pool. 

1st Maintenance Period at Restaurant Spitzbergen in 2024*:
In order to carry out necessary maintenance work, Restaurant Spitzbergen will be temporarily closed from January 12 to January 28, 2024.
During this period, catering services will be seamlessly provided by our restaurant, Limerick. The availability of catering will be monitored according to the specific closure dates.
It's important to note that holiday homes can still be booked from January 12 to January 28, 2024. However, due to limited capacity, additional catering cannot be accommodated.
*If we complete the maintenance work ahead of schedule and can reopen earlier, we will notify you promptly to make the restaurant available to our guests again. Guests, by making a reservation, acknowledge and accept this situation, thereby excluding any complaints or claims for recourse related to catering.
