There is also a regular market which you can easily reach on foot. Nearby lies the charming village of Panzano (5km) where you can buy your groceries. The neighboring historic towns of Certaldo, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni – not to mention a host of others - are certainly worth a visit. In the beautiful surroundings of Greve you can go hiking, biking or horseback riding. There are several marked trails which begin from the village. You can also visit various wine tastings and enjoy all the variations of the Chianti wine.
