Good place for Diekirch March
We were late due to traffic and office was closed after 18.00 Appartment was open, but we had no key, so we needed to leave it open when we went away. Also there was just one packet bedsheets for 2 persons. Took alot time to arrange a second. Next day I was called that they closed our appartment and we could pay for 'borg' at the concierge to get key. Why couldn't we do that the first night already?
Appartment is good in furniture, all right in cookinggear and bathroom. Beds are suprisingly well. The people who stay at this parc are mostly not my kind of people. Much rumor at night and parking is far from appartment, unloading car near appartment not possible. For Diekirch March I would stay there again.
a wonderful week in beautiful setting
lots to do with children. access to a wonderful swimming pool. the kids loved the walk in the forest, playing tennis, ping pong and mini golf. the outdoor heated pool was a big hit too. the surrounding areas offer a great variety too and Luxembourg city is easily reachable.
The sports and leisure pool, which is right next to the park has a number of facilities that you can enjoy. The indoor swimming pool of 600 m2 consists of a swimming pool (25 x 12.5 m) with a movable floor, a children's pool, a hot and cold water plunge pool and a 60 m long slide! In the sauna area you can relax with a sanarium, steam room, relaxation area and an additional outdoor space with a log cabin sauna. An area of about 350 m2 with fitness equipment is waiting for you to experience mental relaxation during physical exercise. In between, or after you enjoy a snack and a drink. Each guest can use the swimmingpool for free, max 2 hours per day. Next to the park, various walking and cycling routes start, including a trail for children (3 km)
Luxemburg is a hilly country with vast forests, beautiful rivers and spectacular river valleys. All the towns here have their own particular charm. These picturesque towns lie in a valley on the banks of one of the many rivers. Some of them have a historic fortress. The spurs of the Ardennes reach into the northern Oesling region. At the German border lies the Luxemburg-German nature reserve and natural area of the Upper-Sûre. The southern part, Gutland, is mainly agricultural and in the southernmost part lies the Minette with several industrial landmarks dating from the age of metal ore mining. At the French border lies the health resort of Mondorf-Les-Bains. From Hosingen it is possible to undertake excursions to Echternach, Clervaux, Vianden, the town of Luxemburg and the Belgian Ardennes. At night it is worthwhile admiring the floodlit castles of Clervaux and Vianden. The Müllerthal and Beaufort are also an absolute must!
Please note that from 3 – 12th of September 2018 the swimming pool AquaNat'Our is closed due to annual maintenance.
