Ca'Leochi is a typical "casetta" (cottage) of the "Arsenalotti" - workers of the former largest shipyard in the world - the Arsenale. Just a short walk from Piazza San Marco and 2 minutes from the waterbus and taxi boat stop, our house is nestling between tiny lanes and small squares of the lovely San Martino area. The annual Biennale Art and Architecture exhibitions are within a few minutes walk. Ca'Leochi has a warm and cozy atmosphere, a cuddly home to look forward to after a tiring walk through Venice's alleyways or visiting the famous sites. The arrangement of the rooms of this house from the 17th century was kept for historical preservation reasons during the renovation. From the formerly simple dwelling, with a lot of commitment and love for old Venetian houses, Ca'Leochi became a real gem. During the summer season, which fortunately is quite long in Italy, you can enjoy relaxing moments on the Altana roof terrace.
The apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a family with one or 2 children over 12 years. We love children but for security reasons and because the equipment is a bit sensitive, we cannot accept the little ones under the age of 12.
A civilized group of friends is also welcome, best agers super welcome!
