Eleven people are looking for lodging that sounds like a football team, or for family and friends, who are getting together to spend a holiday together. In order to fulfill such a wish, a suitable holiday home must be produced. These are usually more criteria that must vote such. Our large finca SON PALANCA has everything you could imagine.

Located near the coveted town of Sineu, you turn off a side road into a smaller one and you are already in front of the 7000 square meter property. Trees and bushes hide the finca, wide fields and meadows around suspect, here you are largely alone.

The holiday finca rises like a fortress made of natural stones hewn from the property, a country house, as they are barely built in stability today. This house can tell stories. The rustic image from the outside continues inside the house. Equipped with sturdy wooden furniture from a time that hardly anyone of us has experienced, but just this facility, adapted to the architectural style of the rooms, make up the real charm of SON PALANCA.

The living space of 220 sqm, over two floors, allows large rooms. Beams under the ceilings, terracotta floors and the combined stone walls in the rooms create a living atmosphere in which one quickly feels comfortable. Add to that the assessoirs on the walls, which reflect the life in the countryside, especially in the places where one stayed most, such as: B. the large open wood fireplace.

In the holiday finca SON PALANCA, they definitely immerse themselves in a completely different world of living. Here the Mallorcan tradition still plays a role, here was still gfebaut and furnished as if it must hold for eternity.

In general, a holiday home is usually only the supply and retreat, because most of the time of the holiday takes place outside. In Mallorca, this is also normal, because the sun is shining almost every day, and accordingly are the temperatures.
