Very nice detached vacation home in Selvatelle di Terriccciola, in the Era Valley, in the countryside between Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Large equipped outdoor areas with beautiful equipped and lighted private pool (10x5m, 1.2 m deep), outdoor shower, playing field, children's play area. Well-kept interior with attention to detail. The house has gym, shower with sauna and Turkish bath, whirlpool tub. From the property you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside and surrounding hills. The property (3,000 m2) around the house with lawn and trees is completely fenced. Your four-legged friends are welcome here, there is even a dog house available. Several open and covered terraces equipped for relaxing and outdoor dining, stone barbecue. 2 km equestrian center, 4 km stores and services of all kinds, 4 km fishing, 7 km indoor swimming pool, 8 km thermal baths, 14 km golf. Some distances: 11 km Lajatico with the unique outdoor amphitheater "Teatro del Silenzio" where once a year in July a concert with a world famous tenor is held, 35 km the ancient Etruscan city of Volterra, 38 km Pisa with its Leaning Tower, 43 km the art city of Lucca, 44 km the lively port city of Livorno, 71 km Florence ? the cradle of the Renaissance. About 40 km to the beautiful sandy beaches of Tirrenia or Calambrone.
