This is a wonderful Luna Di Lusso condo at Lake Las Vegas. It is considered a 'partial lake view' unit and is nicely furnished and in great condition. This condo does not get rented through Aston and has several upgrades compared to standard units, including a Sub Zero fridge and high end linens and towels. It has a private balcony, from which you can see the lake and the village. There are lots of activities in and around Lake Las Vegas, something for everyone.
This is the largest 1br model available, at 712 square feet. It has a kitchenette with an under counter ref/freezer w/ ice maker, a two burner cook top and a large microwave. It has an oversize dining/living area in lieu of the full size kitchen.

My calendar is ALWAYS up to date. If it's available on the calendar, then it is available to rent. There are no discounts on the published rates as they are already very reasonable for this type of accommodation. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
I really love being able to be fairly close to all the action in Las Vegas, but stay in a quiet area with lots of family activities as well.
The Luna complex has a really nice pool and spa area and you are within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, spas, and more. If you don't want to go out, you can get room service directly to this unit.
Coffee pot needed cleaned so didn't use it. We liked how quiet it was during our stay, and no smoke smell!!
We had a great experience in Mike's condo. The place is very quiet, clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need for your stay. We used the fitness center and even though we didn't use the pool/hot tub, the area looked very well maintained. We walked to the village for dinner and they have some great restaurant choices without having to drive or deal with traffic on the strip.
This one-bedroom condo is clean, sunny, and airy and just a 2-minute walk from the Hilton Hotel and restaurants in Henderson, NV. If you are attending a conference at this resort location, this condo is a good deal and conveniently located. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives who might travel to the area.
Enjoyed our stay. Was just right for three people took full advantage of the pool area. We hope to be back soon!
If I come back to Vegas I would definitely stay here again. The condo is about 25 or 30 minutes out from the strip but it never felt cumbersome to drive into Vegas. The area is literally a little Oasis just outside of town. Lake Las Vegas is picturesque and quiet. I was able to walk out the door and access the running and biking trails right across the street. The pool area was phenomenal and generally I had the whole place to myself. Mike gave us lots of good information on nearby sightseeing and was super easy to work with. Loved it!
The booking process an communication with Mike was very smooth, his hints for "must-see" spots were very helpful.
The condo is located in the Luna di Lusso Complex, just over the bridge from the "village". We found a clean and very comfortable condo, well stocked kitchenette in a quiet neighborhood. With the condo you also get the permission to park in the garage. Thanks to descriptions all over the place we found out how to get along really fast and enjoyed our stay most of the time. "Most" means: until Valentine´s Day / President´s Day weekend. Starting Friday, the parking situation was a nightmare. Irrespective of if you´ve got a permission for the garage, it filled up really fast and even the "Security" and "Parking Patrol" lost control over this situation and just - well, turned around and didn´t show up again. Well, I´m also fine with parking outside IF there are enough lots. And here the nightmare continued, no lots. NO LOTS at whole Luna di Lusso complex. Saturday night we parked at the "village" and walked through the village, over the bridge, back home. Because outside of the garage, at the parking lots, the "Security" was very eager to tell that there is no parking allowed besides the marked lots. And that´s the reason for "only" 4 stars instead of 5.
The condo, Mike, booking process, communication - everything set and well for a 5 star rating but if you have to keep in mind that you might not get a parking lot in the evening and better don´t go out that night because you might not get a parking lot and even shopping isn´t very comfortable because - well, you might not get a parking lot (ok, you can drop your shopping trophies and go and hunt a parking lot after that) - that has potential for a not-so-relaxed time.
Would I come back? Sure! But not at any holiday weekend. This condo is a blast and I really recommend it. But avoid holiday weekends if you like to use your car during your stay.
Any drawback? Well, did I already talk about the parking situation? But that´s really the only point.
