The Villa Seeadler, completed in 2013, with individually furnished holiday apartments, is only approx. 50 meters from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments in Villa Seeadler have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. A bicycle storage facility is located in the underground garage. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, the Villa Seeadler is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. Almost all apartments have either an underground parking space or a parking space directly in front of the house. A coin operated washer and dryer can be found on the ground floor of the house. Please note: Construction activities in the surrounding area can lead to impairments.

2-room apartment:
Beautiful 2-room apartment in comfort with its own sauna and just a few steps from the beach.   The friendly apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Seeadler and is furnished for three people. On the spacious, south-facing terrace you can relax in the beach chair. Here you will also find a ratan table and four council chairs. In the living room you will find a comfortable corner couch and a flat screen TV with BluRay player. In the open kitchen and dining area are the well-equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven with ceramic hob and microwave, and a large glass table with four chairs. The cozy bedroom offers you a large double bed, a sliding door wardrobe with plenty of storage space and a flat screen TV. The elegant shower room has a floor-level shower, vanity, towel warmer and a hair dryer. You can relax in the sauna at any time. The apartment has an underground parking space with an elevator to the apartment floor, bicycle parking spaces are also in the underground garage. Free WiFi is available for you. Non smoking apartment, no pets. Linen set, travel cot and high chair can be booked for a fee.   Secure one of our coveted beach chairs now (EUR 9 per day, EUR 59 per week). An underground parking space belongs to your apartment. Please note the headroom of max. 1,90m. If the maximum passage height is exceeded, there is the option of using a paid parking lot in the immediate vicinity.  

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
