This very tasteful and newly furnished house, with a wonderful view of the sea, is located in the EsPas district. EsPas is a hamlet of Cala Pi. In the quiet Villensiedlung is the house on a closed property.

The village of Cala Pi is less than 5 to 6 minutes away by car, in the village you can also reach the wonderful Cala Pi bay. The Mirador de Cabrera restaurant, which is well-known beyond the island, is about a 5-minute walk from the house. The access to a wonderful hiking trail from Es Pas to Estanyol can be reached in about 100 meters.

The pool terrace is equipped with modern furniture, there are 6 sun loungers and a large brick corner bench with cozy cushions, which adjoins the outside shower. The 4 mx 8 m lighted pool invites you to bathe. After bathing you can use the outdoor shower to take a sunbathing on the pool terrace, but shade also offer 2 sunshades. Everything has been thought of, even in the outdoor shower you do not have to do without the sea view!

The large covered outside terrace over the entire width of the house with a beautiful view over the pool, the green area behind the garden invites to the sea to dream and linger. A nice breakfast is here to the enjoyment and lets the day start really well and with a glass of wine you can leave here a nice holiday. The house has been completely renovated. It has hot / cold air conditioning in the entire house, which allows for a stay throughout the year in the house. The garden was redesigned and the pool terrace renewed. The property is completely fenced and 2 vehicles can be parked on the driveway.

You reach the open entrance area of ​​the house to the left into the open living area, which extends over the entire house width. Here you find the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. Over this entire living area, there is a striking large window front with glass sliding doors, which also adjoins the outer terrace, which is also very large and covered over the entire width of the house.

The air-conditioned living area of ​​the house is generous, open and modern designed. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven, ceramic hob and a wine fridge. The kitchen offers plenty of equipment, glasses and dishes. In the separate storage room of the house there is also a washing machine, dryer, iron and an ironing board. There is a large dining table that can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

The large windows across the entire width of the house offer a wonderful view over the outdoor terrace to the Mediterranean garden, the pool and the sea.

The garden and the pool are lit in the evening. The living room, on the left to the left of the dining area, is equipped with a cozy white leather sofa set, satellite TV, a music system with a CD player and a DVD player, as well as a game collection in the closet. Loving details and works of art decorate the entire living space and create a very cozy atmosphere in the house.

In total there are 3 bedrooms, which can be accessed from the entrance to the right via 3 steps through the hallway.

The bedrooms are all equipped with double beds, spacious wardrobes and insect screens on the windows. The beds are on arrival.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms to ensure a comfortable sleeping atmosphere.
