The apartment is very centrally located, right next to a park and the famous PLACE MESSENA with only 50 meters from the beach.

To the flat:
- Newly renovated with two rooms (kitchen NEW with living area and an additional sofa bed; bedroom with large double bed - sleeps 4 in total), bathroom (with shower and toilet) and a separate dressing room
- Apartment is on the 5th floor (elevator available - new)
- In the apartment there is a new washing machine, dishwasher and a stove. Furthermore coffee machine etc.
- Apartment is very quiet and a public underground car park is right next to the house

Expensive but under furnished with no character.

Great location. Lift out of order for 2days. Flat on 5th floor. Sitting room and bedroom bare. Tv French only no movie channel.

Does not look like advertised

The place does not look like advertised. To begin with the dront door looked as if it had been broken into which didnt give a sense of safety. The apartment is on a 5th floor and the hallway of that floor looked like it needed maintenance. There were leaks from ceiling and ceiling was delapilated. On 2nd thought building should probably be condemned. Then once inside when i went to the bathroom i realized the towels were really old and when i asked the host he got mad. I also told him we needed a pillow as the sofa bed available had only dirty decoration pillows. He said i was being difficult. He told me to go to his cleaning lady on 3rd floor ans the lady gave me an extra pillow. and lastly when i contacted host asking how the heater worked he got upset and told us to get out if we didnt like it. I had never been yelled at by host of vrb before. We didnt have anywhwre to go so we stayed that night but left as early as possible the next day. I kept pictures of place and complainedcto customer service. I didnt think i should pay for 2nd night as we had left before checkin time. I regret having stayed there and should have paid attention to the review 3 yrs ago. Host advertised place as newly renovared which is not true. Vrbo needs to clearly evaluate the hosts.

The location was both the good and the bad. The area is under renovation and there is little or no packing. The street is very dirty. It is on the edge of Old Town it was walkable and convenient. It is advertised as newly renovated. This is not really true. The front door has not doorknob and is full of holes where things should be. The kitchen was new, but the walls throughout were just painted over the flaws. The bedroom upstairs had a headboard that was damaged and just turn upside down to hide the damage. The beds both the main and the pull out were given nothing but a sheet as their bedspread. The building itself is in disrepair. A structural jack is in the stair case in a area with water damage. The biggest issue was check-in. Even though I sent a message about our arrival time. The cleaning lady was not notified until we had arrived and it took the better part of an hour for her to arrive. The owner did offer us late check-out to compensate, but this did not erase the initial impression damage.
