Per noi una delusione
Purtroppo nonostante la casa sia in un’ottima posizione ( di fronte al mare ) per noi è stata una delusione : siamo arrivati e senza essere stati avvisati davanti a casa c’erano lavori sulle tubature urbane e asfalto che sono durati per tutto il nostro soggiorno pertanto non abbiamo mai usufruito del giardino . La casa è grande ma necessita di maggiore pulizia e cura . Non abbiamo avuto acqua calda per tre giorni , la tv non funziona causa problemi all’ antenna condominiale non verificati prima del nostro arrivo . La cucina non ha il necessario base , noi eravamo in 6 e avevamo a disposizione 4 posate ,padelle vecchie e rotte. Reputo che prima di affittare un appartamento vada fatto e verificato un check generale . Non la consiglio . Ringrazio HomeAway per la sollecitudine nell’assisterci mentre al contrario Novasol ( agenzia esterna della proprietà ) non ha fatto nulla per risolverci il problema se non proporci una casa alternativa a 250 km ... con un neonato di 5 mesi e 3 nonni con me di più di 70 anni !
