Located on the top floor and is also a corner unit. Our Penthouse condominium has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and all bedrooms have King Size Beds. Bring your whole family and enjoy the luxury of this 2500 + sq ft beautifully decorated home.

Master Suite with King Bed, over-sized Master Bath with his and her vanities, whirlpool tub, private water closet with bidet, 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD, reading area, his and her walk-in closets (huge), private balcony and access to the large balcony.Both Master Suites are furnished with private baths, king beds, one junior suite has TV with DVD combo, the other junior suite has TV with VCR combo.

The second suite with King Bed, private bathroom and his and her closets and flat screen TV.

The third suite with King Bed, hall bathroom, large walk-in closet, and flat screen TV.

The Living Room is nicely appointed with plantation shutters, spacious seating for six with a 50 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. Formal Dining area with glass table and seating for six, breakfast area with Pub Table for viewing the Marina and Smokehouse Bay. Large well equipped kitchen with twelve foot breakfast bar with stools. Laundry room off kitchen. This condo is so well appointed you will never want to leave! Dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Includes WiFi. Nonsmoking. No pets allowed.

Heated pool with fitness center (free weights, treadmills, etc.) facing the bay. Private covered and safe parking on site.

Restaurants in the complex: Chop 239, Mango's Dockside Bristro, Star Bar, CJ's and Cold Stone Creamery.

This condo is beautiful and spacious. Incredible view. Would stay here again. Close to everything...... Wonderful restaurants in the Esplanade complex, shopping with in walking distance, grocery store across the street. Greal place.
